Beyond terrible. Bad food, one draft beer working, slow service. The kind of place that can only exist in a post-security terminal spot. Over 45 minutes to get food. Had two separate checks: one food. One drinks. Had to fill out a whole form, twice. I'll go hungry and thirsty before I use this place again. Tempted to see how much it is to creating a competing spot. I reckon you could clean up by just not being awful.

The manager tried kicking us out multiple times while we were waiting for food because we were taking up space… very odd. Him and our waitress came up to us asking us to move to the bar with all of our luggage multiple times. Overpriced for such rude service. I would give 0 starts if possible. Go anywhere else! The manager is a lurker ?

You have to order through their app. Which doesn’t work. So you have to show the staff that it’s not working before they then process your order manually…
When it comes to paying, not all products are on the till, so your bill will look different. ‘But the prices are the same’..
Oh, and they will key your payment card manually and add a tip without asking. This is NY, of course we’d tip - but how much is up to us, not you…

Only 1 because It can't be 0. After ordering with a QR, not possible to the waiter and paying more than 20$ for a beer the waiter tells me they have no beer in the bar. Not any. First time in my Life I go to a bar and there's no beer. I had to leave only with a refund request, no even a receipt...

Horrible service. Made us feel so NOT welcome. We sat down to have breakfast before our flight. Ordered some coffee then realized by the time we get the food it will be time to board so opted for coffee only. Server was very rude and literally said we don’t like to do coffee only ???? We paid over $5 per cup for black coffee. He was even more irritated when we asked for To-go cups with extra cream and sugar. Wow. Never going there again.

Avoid eating here at all costs, the food is disgusting. You wouldn’t want to feed it to your pet. I had the pulled pork sandwich for reference. Other things may be better but definitely avoid wasting your money on that.
