The server taking the order continues to not understand English. My family has been ordering here for years and it is getting worse. She gets the order wrong and when you call her back she is beyond rude insisting you made the mistake. Management have done nothing to correct her behavior. She has zero customer service skills as she continues to make mistakes. Hiring someone who actually speaks and understands English would change their rating. They also take very long to deliver.

Great service! Delivery was smooth and driver was extremely nice. Foods was delicious and Kung Po Chicken was top notch. We needed to find somewhere to eat and Panda was our last resort. Great decision we made. If you are in the Jamaica area, definitely take a visit there.

If I could give a no star I would.... was told 45 minutes for delivery.... an hour and 15 minutes I still don’t have my food... called and was told that driver just left with it.... right!!!!!
