Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff
This place really needs improvement. The employees are not friendly or helpful, and the management doesn’t seem to care about customer service. You have to wait a long time in line every time, and hygiene is not maintained at all — tables and the dining area are often dirty. Very disappointing experience overall.

Very Disappointed with Service, Hygiene, and Management
There are people who consistently experience poor service here, including myself. Every visit means standing in line for a long time, and the staff seems careless and disorganized. Hygiene is not maintained — tables and counters are often dirty. The employees and management both need serious improvement; they don’t seem to care about customers or cleanliness.

The rice is tasteless and hard
Don’t order from this location, it’s the worst ..
The manager lady is not nice , rude to employees..
This was my second time getting garbage food there .. spent $27 . Had to throw it in the garbage 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The food here is always delicious and the workers are friendly and helpful. I had an issue with one of my items and the manager was super helpful and fixed it for me. That makes me always want to come back to this location. Thank you Arisa!
