My son ordered food chicken, shrimp, fried rice, and spring rolls for delivery. The container the came in was dirty with red spots and black spots on it and it wasn’t stapled and the plastic bag was not sealed. I didn’t like how the food looked inside the container. I will not allow my son to order from them again.. I do not feel comfortable allowing him to eat the food from a dirty soiled container that the food was sent in. I am very, very disappointed with their delivery service because they don’t take any precautions and care for their customers.

they refuse to give me a refund on my order that i made, i placed a order through the app they didn’t make my food and when i get there they said we don’t have orange chicken and won’t give me a refund

Fried rice smells mildewy, probably from last night and they didn't refrigerate it properly so bacteria grew.

Chicken tasted like it was from yesterday, too.Also, no teriyaki sauce on teriyaki chicken.

Not coming here again.

Its 12:00pm I drive 30 minutes here because I wanted eggs in my rice to arrive and was told they ran out how you just opened and ran out the place wasn't busy just A waste of my time

I always order from this place. I order bigger plates. The food is good but how do you guys put one sauce for two big plates. And it’s not even the right sauce. With this place if you don’t add a sauce they don’t add nothing. If you request sauce, they still only add one. You know how much it sucks to look foward to your food for them to only add ONE PACKET OF SAUCE for two big plates. If you guys read previous reviews, there other cutovers with the same issues, so if you’d like some food without problems, order from another location.

Most of the time I walk in, check to see what looks good before getting it to-go. I’ve never had a problem. I would recommend against ordering online so that you can see the dish and whether it looks fresh before ordering and know exactly what is being bagged. There is no wait time so I don’t see the benefit of ordering ahead anyway. You can still scan your app to get points if that matters to you.

Went there yesterday with my son, got two plates, noticed immediately they are giving less as a portion for the same money, was definitely not worth the price as the food was not the same quality and quantity as before. Definitely not going back there anymore!!

Chow mein is disguising do not order it
And do not donate to the hospital they are scammers scamming the middle-class these hospitals have the money to pay for people who are not able to pay and they choose not to because they want you to donate to them so they can get tax benefits

Me and my girlfriend walked in here the other day I would’ve played the food. There was a young guy with braids. That is very hard-working. I ordered orange chicken with mushroom chicken orange chicken is very sweet. A little overly sweet and the mushroom chicken is overly salty, but tasty at the same time, I noticed the empty bowls that they have by the cashier means a lot of people are ordering it. That’s what the best thing is to order. I got the spicy orange chicken. It doesn’t really taste spicy and a lot of people haven’t been ordering it.As of June 2024 The chow mein is disgusting There is no parking here in case you’re trying to park and pick up your food unless you have someone else in the car this is a very busy area.

All the employees should be fired. If you don’t like working there go work somewhere else. The manager sameera or something was right in front couldn’t make sure her employees were taking in customers, waited like 10 minutes while they were telling each other to get the customer. Incompetent workers, didn’t even put any napkins or anything. Should be fired
