I ordered the shrimp from them yesterday and my daughter got food poisoning

Their food is good, but their customer service is awful. I placed a mobile order on December 20th, 2023 and waited for my food for 30 minutes. No apologies or anything.When I first arrived, 5 minutes after placing my mobile order, they said they didn't receive my order so they were waiting for it to come in. I already thought it was weird because 5 minutes is plenty of time for a mobile order to come in, but hey, what do I know? I took a seat and continued to wait and after about 10 minutes someone asked for my name again and looked in their system and was like, "let's wait for it to come in" as if that wasn't what I was already doing. Then, they ignored me for about another 15 minutes as I sat directly in front of their register. They just continued to help other customers that were walking in and just pretended like I didn't exist until a new employee walked in and asked me what I was waiting for and searched for my order again in their system, couldn't find it, and then proceeded to open their printing component to dislodge a paper jam.Finally, my order printed out. So the other employees there didn't know that a paper jam could have been the cause of the problem and just didn't bother helping or asking anyone who might have known the issue? Who knows how long I would've been waiting there.Then, after printing out my order they ignored me again and began helping the people who had JUST ARRIVED to the restaurant. I had to wait another 5 minutes before they actually packed my order. And finally, I asked for Chilli Sauce too and they didn't give me any :)

Management is very careless and they have open prejudice 3rd party employees!On Tuesday February 27th, 2024 at approximately 3pm my daughter and 3 of her friends entered the Panda Express located on Jamaica Ave in Queens NY. Only one of the young ladies was actually ordering food out of the restaurant, my daughter and the other 2 young ladies sat and proceeded to eat their food from wing stop waiting on their friend to order. The security guard told them they couldn’t eat outside food inside the restaurant because of the mess. They told him that they will throw their garbage away outside then he asked them to leave because two out of four of them were not ordering. As they were all walking out the guard yelled out “These Americans don’t know nothing”. This was very prejudice, discriminatory and rude! My daughter left and called me and told me what was said so I immediately went to the restaurant to get the necessary information to make my complaint. The restaurant manager said he didn’t say it and she has cameras to prove it! Basically calling my daughter a liar and this man with no responsibility or accountability for his actions.

There’s nothing wrong with the actual food, but the workers keep messing up. The first time I went they almost forgot my appetizer and drink (I had to check and remind them), and today my order was so messed up that I’m genuinely upset. No fountain drinks so I settled for a smaller bottled drink, wrong size appetizer (a $6 difference between sizes!!!) and a wrong entree with the saddest portions of sides. On top of that they tied the bag in such a way that I couldn’t open it and check. I hate being a “Karen”, but when I’m paying almost $30 per order I’d like to at least get what I paid for without having to constantly check if my order is right. It wouldn’t hurt the workers to pay a little more attention to the order labels, or at least be honest about the wait times and what’s available.

They never add teriyaki sauce or drinks I paid for, I left some notes in "special request" to add sauces and regular coke, they do not add the drink or last time I got "Diet coke" just because. This is my third time and it keeps happening the same.

We ate the food in the place and asked for the bathroom and the girl who was cleaning, in a very rude way, the only one who spoke Spanish, treated us in a bad way the moment we told her why she didn't provide us with the bathroom just to urinate, and It was maintained that it is already closed, another person also requested for a girl and they did not provide it either. The very rude girl even told us to put whatever they want. Bad attitude.

I asked to borrow the bathroom and they told me it was closed, even though we ate there, they didn't want to lend me the bathroom. It seems disrespectful to me since a girl also asked for the bathroom and they didn't give it to her. The only girl who spoke Spanish told me to put whatever I wanted and that it was the restaurant's policy not to provide the bathroom when they closed. They should change the staff since they are uneducated people and do not know how to treat customers. I do not recommend eating at this place in Jamaica Center. Terrible service and the Manager was there and did nothing either. It is not recommended to eat there.

My rating is based upon service when walking in I asked to use the restroom and matron told me I had to purchase something.I informed him I would and he said you have to buy something first.then another young lady ask what I wanted and she said o it's out of service.I asked for a supervisor then purchased my food another person said o after8 it's closed for cleaning because of the chemicals.so I said I can only purchase and not use the restroom?Manager over hears and states no it's only closed for 20min until after cleaning.I have been waiting for about 7min now.Let's see if they will allow me to go once the 20min are up,and yes I informed staff I would wait the 20 min because everyone else's bathroom is close (which I have written reviews for as well).keep in mind the twenty mins are up at9:27 they close at 9:30.

not sure what I was thinking, to stop at a panda express (let alone on the highway) but I got was I paid for. bad food, that was ice cold, now I can't be upset because I knew better and yet I still ordered food from me. yuck.

I ordered this on grubhub and they forgot one of the 2 entrees (teriyaki chixken). They gave me a lot of chow mein and white rice and a very small spoonful of beef broccoli with three pieces of meat and 20 pieces of broccoli. What a waste money! I will never order from them again!!!! Such a scam!!!!
