Usually I don't leave bad reviews but literally one of the worse experiences ever in this area. I walked in just to get a Mango Lassi, and the staff saw me and just ignored me. This lasted a good 10 minutes. At first I didn't mind because they might have been fulfilling online orders. But even with no one else ordering in person, they chose to ignore me. I left without anything. I came back again about a month later and they do the same thing to me again, and other people were on line with me but they ignored me entirely. Never coming back here.

Thieves. I came here just to get some snacks for my mother and myself as I forgot to get in Jackson heights as i usually do. But here my puri came broken and half of it missing!!! And that's unacceptable. to think I was almost okay with him charging me 6 dollars. (he took my card and told me after) In all, was charged $6.50 for ONE broken burnt half-puri and 2 roshugulla. which meant i paid 1.50 for half a puri DONT GO HERE

Its sad to see bussiness being run like this, specially during ramadan when so many people fast whole day and break their fast with food that is so bad. Today we ordered 11 iftar boxs and off all the items none was eatable where all was untouched. Dear owner plse serve better food since you guys are chargeing for it and these are hard earned money. That you guys are ripping off people like this. Worst food ever and experince!

0 star if possible. Worst food you can have around here. Iftaar was cold, old and smelled bad. We couldn’t eat anything. There is no way you can have such food after fasting whole day.

Extremely disappointed, ordered biriyani the other day for iftar and it was old, moment I heated up the food it smelled. Highly not recommend a place that sells spoiled food especially for iftar during Ramadan

Terrible experience 2nd time! Naan bread were disgusting made with different Dow with mud in the back of it. I wish I could upload a picture of it. It was just horrified experience. If it was not Ramadan I would’ve sue this restaurant and take em to court! BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THEM.

I went there 2 days ago and customer service .....just awesome experience. Were very kind. And the food just wow.Suddenly while I was eating I found something on the food but I didn't complain. Be careful next time.

I purchase food from Panshi every once in a while. Today I ordered eight shish kabab’s, six Naan Rotis and jelabi. Out of eight Kababs two of them were old and tasted like plastic. I called them to make a complain after eating my food, instead of apologizing and understanding what I’m trying to say they arguing with me.

Very fast late night delivery! I only had vegetarian options, but they were tasty! Egg fried rice seemed to have way too much white pepper, but I like spicy food so while unexpected it was good! Veg singara had boiled peanuts inside which I think should be labeled for those with allergies. I absolutely love anything peanut though, so I was over the moon! Yum!

Very fast delivery! The egg fried rice was super peppery, almost to excess. I love spicy food so it was not a problem, but just fyi if you don't care for spice. The texture was very good, not too soft. Vegetable singara/ samosa was very tasty! It had boiled peanuts inside which was unexpected, but absolutely delicious to me! (I want more boiled peanuts omg! Yum!) However, this should probably be labeled in case anyone has allergies.
