I had a really bad experience with Papa John’s. The pizza tasted awful, and the sauce was way off—it had a strange, unpleasant flavor. The balance of toppings was completely off too, with some slices overloaded and others nearly empty. It didn’t taste fresh at all, and overall, it was just disappointing. I won’t be ordering from here again unless things improve.

I placed a $300 order in store on 10/28 for delivery the next day at 12:00 PM and made it clear I wanted it on time as it was a work event — it showed up late at 12:45 PM. I also asked for no ranch, only blue cheese, but got 20 ranch sauces instead. When I called to ask about the mistake and delay, the customer service was rude, and the chicken was soggy. For the price I paid, the experience was completely unacceptable. Never ordering from here again. People were unable to participate due to late arrival just horriable all around.

I’ve been ordering from Papa John’s for over 16 years, and this was easily the worst experience I’ve had. The pizza arrived cold, looked like it had been flipped upside down in the box, and was barely edible. No communication from the driver or the store, and no attempt to make it right. Mistakes happen, but what’s frustrating is the total lack of care and oversight.

They literally gave me a raw pizza then the manager (very incompetent yet cocky) proceeded to insist that it wasn’t raw and the vegetables were just creating moisture in the dough.. I told him the cheese is barely cooked itself (it looks like melted rubber) I even pressed my finger in the dough to show how gooey it was.. it took only 13 minutes to order and receive my food that doesn’t even sound like an adequate amount of time to cook a pizza.

SCAMMERS! Order was 32$ gave delivery driver 40 & he did not want to give my daughter the change back. Do not try to take your own tip, especially when you don’t deserve it. Driver did not come inside building, he wanted us to meet him at the wrong building down the block & he was ACROSS THE STREET of a TWO WAY road. This is not Uber, we are not supposed to make such efforts to come up to your car, I ordered online and my Instructions asked to come to lobby at the very least. Tip would have been given if he came to my door, me walking to your car does not deserve a tip. 20 minutes wasted trying to get my change back. SCAMMERS

No problems here. Usually order for pick up every once in a while. Food is ready fast. The pizza is well papa johns pizza. Tried the plain wings which were very good.. this i a small store with little counter space and just a few seats. But they get the job done. Parking is zero and there located right by a bus stop.
