Be careful of the delivery drivers if you order by paying with card, take your receipts. They will write a tip on your receipt and collect it without your knowledge. It took a month before I could get my money back and they’ve been doing this for years and I just realized please be careful. And I did tip in cash, even though I paid by card and he still stole money from my card, which was so disgusting. I love Papa John’s I’ve been eating from Papa John’s since I was 10 years old and when I called the restaurant the manager, and the employees all knew about the scam so please be careful Pizza is good Service is a negative

THE WORST PAPA JOHNS!! This was my first & my last time ordering from them.
Cause tell me why did my order get here after 2 hours burnt? Never wasting my money on them again!!!!!!!!

Says order been ready since 623pm. Come to the store even after waiting 20mins it's not even ready !!! The worst ! Prefer dominoes!!

Very good service and good pizza

Long time all the time waiting for Papas on people is too much talk. All the people all time and delivery. Just people is no order waiting for long. Long time is a very bad store.

Where do I begin. This particular papa John's is a waste of a commercial space. The food quality is 50/50. The customer service is never what it should be. Delivery orders take over an hour to get delivered regardless of what day of the week it is, and when you call to inquire about your food, they disrespect you by hanging up or they lie by saying the driver will be there in 5 minutes. When the Papa John's tracker app shows that the food hasn't even left yet. I hope they get closed down soon.

They delivered my food by just leaving it on my step no phone call nothing. I called the phone to the store they never answered. I stumbled upon my deliver by going to the car to go. Buy some food because they took so long . Pizza was ice cold
