Drip coffee was so hot it broke the seal on the paper cup and began to like out while still steaming and totally undrinkable.

I don’t think the lady at the counter can move slower, even if she tried. Also she seems upset for wanting to buy something. Wow.

Pretty sure what they are selling as “cold brew” is just hot coffee they put on ice. It’s as bitter as day old Folder’s. Starbucks isn’t great coffee either but it is compared to this. Whatever. It’s coffee.

Love loveeeee!!! I'm currently traveling back home to Puerto Rico and needed some good old coffee before getting on the flight. Very yummy, I got an iced chai latte, which is my current favorite. So far, this'll has been the best chai I've had!!! The service was quick and easy, and it is sorta expensive, but so is everything else in airports.

This place had the slowest staff I have seen in a long time. Line is 25 people long and they’re having conversations amongst themselves between helping each customer. No.consideration for the people on line who have planes to catch. If I could have rated with a negative number I would have.

The coffee was fine. For whatever reason, the guy behind the counter was incredibly slow.

Corrupt?Terrible rip off. I bought a tea for $3.95 but they charged me $5.61 saying it was tax. That is $1.66 tax on a $3.95 purchase. No tax is that high. They should be investigated by the attorney general. Who ever heard of a 41% tax? Don't go there. Imagine how much money they are getting doing this to everyone. I asked for a receipt but the guy said their machine wasn't working. However, they only took credit card s so the guy working the stand was not taking the money. The company must be corrupt.

I was very disappointed in my choice. They make coffee not as expected, the frappe coffee cup is extremely bad and loose. I hope they read this comment to improve with their bartending.

I've loved Peet's since before the chain could even hope to find its way into an airport. If this is the best they can do in an airport, Peet's should find its way right on out. The line was long and slow moving, and I reached the counter after the woman in front of me (who also waited with the patience carried only by someone dedicated to the brand) was turned away because "we're not taking cash right now." Seriously? Ever heard of a sign? It wasn't even my time disrespected, but was enough to piss me off. While waiting on my pastry after getting my drink, the customer behind me asked if I was waiting as the cashier took her order. I was waiting, though unsure why as two orders were filled next to me. "The pastries are self serve," the cashier barked at me to clear the waiting-spot for the next guy. So, if you're clairvoyant and in need of a caffeine boost, this spot's for you. If you'd like the smallest gesture of customer respect or appreciation, there's a McCafe twenty yards away.

if you're looking for an awful coffee experience before your flight, LOOK NO FURTHER. Peet's Coffee & Tea will serve you up that disgusting pre-flight cup of joe you've always been craving. don't worry, this deliciously bad cup of coffee will only set you back $6.50. if you're feeling adventurous you can pick up a overripe banana while you're there too. Peet's will not let you down, if letting you down means giving you an actual good cup of coffee and good experience. i'm also happy to note that this is the best coffee option in terminal 4 at jfk. If you're flying out of terminal 4 you're in luck because you can have that awful coffee experience you've always dreamed of.

I was so happy to find Peet’s coffee before boarding the flight but it was very average . Coffee was like water . No flavor .. was expensive too. Service was good but I wish the coffee tasted like the REAL PEETs coffee ..

It looks like a tornado hit this location. I feel for the employees who work in this closet sized location. Out of chai. Over a dollar for almond milk, but I'm at JFK and their matcha is real therefore not sweet. I walked out of my way to get here, and it was worth it, but it made me appreciate the Alfred's in LAX so much more.
