Their service is very bad. They give me wrong order, my waiting was over 30 min. Some young cooking and cashier talking joking at the back and have customers and uber waiting for orders.i will not order from that location again, its like a run down Pizza Hut with a bunch of school kids running it.
I have been ordering from here about once a month for the last 2 years without any issues. I placed an order on the Pizza Hut mobile app around 7:30 tonight (as I always do) and noticed it took longer than usual to get the text alert for delivery. When I checked the app (which is usually accurate) it said my order would be delivered around 8:06pm. At 8:30 I contacted the store because I noticed the order said it was still being prepared. The male employee i spoke to said they had the order ready, but it was awaiting a dasher to pick it up and it would be on its was “in a few”. I told him it was strange because it never takes this long. He said the order can take an hour or TWO to arrive. I thought this sounded ridiculous, but i just told him okay. Around 9:20 I contacted the restaurant to inquire again and the employee said it’s waiting for pick up and I would have to wait another 10 minutes before the order is picked up. At this point I had to tell them it’s been about 2 hours since I placed the order and he repeated “2 hours since you placed the order” sarcastically. When I asked how can I cancel the order he said “I don’t know, go on the app”. After 2 hours of waiting for food I had to go on the app to find an agent to chat with in order to get a refund. They took the store info and said they would escalate it to corporate. I hope they do! I attached one of the screens shots of my order showing the estimated delivery time along with the time on the top left of my phone. It’s now 10:50 and my order still says it’s on the way.

Possibly the worst Pizza Hut in Queens. Rude staff and they serve cold food. They don't even keep the customers'orders at a hot temperature. If you order from here, Good LUCK ?

Make sure you order pan pizza for a nice trip back to your childhood when this was the pinnacle of pizza! Probably doesn't hold up so good to today's competition but I still really enjoyed it. The cheese bread sticks are also a nice addition.
Parking: It has a parking lot at the back if you have to wait. If it's just pick up, you can park by bus stop quick and get your order.

Ordered via Uber Eats, and I don’t know what that is for wings. Literally felt ripped off and calling the store to get my partial money back. Would not recommend.

The customer service greeted me and kept me up to date on my order status but the pizza sucked! Very little toppings on a 3 toppings pizza is insane. Crowded waiting area because all the orders were backed up. 0/10 won’t be ordering again. Does this look like double ham & pineapple?! Whose 3 up is cutting the pie?!
