First of all they do not take orders well and they don’t acknowledge you they prioritized UBER EATS & GRUBHUB. It’s so small inside they don’t even have enough space to fit everyone. I live down the block from this place and I’m telling you I will not go back here the service and food is horrible.

This place is disgusting, rats and roaches everywhere. Service and atmosphere is horrible and the location of this place is a Nightmare. Bunch of young children making your food.... Think about it. ?? The worst Pizza Hut in Queens. And if you are looking for a job there, this definitely isn't the place. They never keep anyone longer then 3 months. Rats been there longer then the manager. No stars. 5 thumbs down. ?????

We ordered our food at 9 and at around 10 it came but they forgot the chicken that we ordered and the napkins and forks. We had to call them 4 or 5 times while our kids were starving and that happened because we couldn’t eat dinner at the hotel. And then our chicken came the next day at 12 am.We also heard the employees were talking out the mic and back talking to other employees. But the food was good but the chicken was cold.

I always regarded Pizza Hut as number one to every other Pizza Franchise wherever I went or whatever state I was in until I ordered from this place. The pizza was so terrible that I could not eat it. Now all fast food pizza I will not touch and I will only eat real pizza no matter the price.
