Service was great, pizza absolutely not! We thought it would at least be decent because it was NY but no such luck... it's still on an airport so my hopes shouldn't have been that high anyways lol. Barely any topping choices, there is, mushrooms, pepperoni and sausage for toppings that's it. Like the mushroom topping is from a can or jar if that's any indication of what you'll be getting get lol.

The pizza was good and the service too. This place is not closed pff but there are some ice tables to sit at to have your pie. The slices are generous on size and taste good. 2 slices is more tha enough for the hungry adult, 3 is overkill. Of all the eateries in JFK thus one is probably the best

I was double charged $38 on December 15th, and this location has no contact info available to reach them to address this. I've reported this to the NY Port Authority and am waiting to hear back. Unfortunately the food was not worth this amount, needless to say getting charged twice makes it an additional upset.

Service was poor, screen order system kept circling back and the person before me got frustrated and left. I tried to ask the counter staff for help and got pointed to the screen. When I showed the person, she asked what I wanted. The sausage combo with a club soda. I got a Pepsi and a slice of cheese pizza and a slice of sausage. Fugettabout it! Tasted like salty cardboard.

All pizzas are pre-baked cheese pizzasIf you order extra toppings they are not fully cooked. Pepperoni comes out soggy...Also mushrooms are canned. Do yourself a favor and don't order this overpriced trash.

It’s airport pizza in New York, not New York pizza, so don’t set high expectations. But after seeing other T4 bistro reviews, this is the only place I felt safe ordering from. You can see the slices before they serve you, so if it don’t look good just don’t order. Overall I’d pick the cheese over the sausage. Maybe the pepperoni is true top dog. Each slice is like $8 but at least they’re bigger than average!

The pizza was fine but the cashier had the "I hate my life" attitude.I'm from Long Island so I know NY but this was rude and disrespectful. I saw them eye rolling a customer ahead of me also.Would recommend people skip this place.

My pizza slice was cold and Rodney changed it for me straight away . Very sweet and helpful.
We ordered 2 slices + fountain soda combo. Service was quick. Pizza was good considering it's at Airport.Wish it was heated for a bit more so it does not go cold too quickly.They only have pizza. Do not look at 5 year old photo of the menu, which says they have other options like garlic knots.Vegetarian options: For vegetarians, they have a cheese pizza slice, which was good.

My mom and I just flew in from Europe and we stopped at vino pizza to get a slice each. They have a bar next to it vino pizza bar. My mom ordered 2 beers and when we went to sit at a table to eat the bartender told us we couldn’t sit in there because we didn’t order the pizza from him! The beers we ordered came to $26! $26 for 2 Michelob ultras and we can’t sit to drink them?! That’s the attitude that give NY a bad rep! And the pizza was not good!

The rudest person I’ve ever came across. Elderly customers who aren’t great with technology having to order by themselves and getting ridiculed by the staff member. Instead of going over to help him she stood not cutting pizza and rudely talking him through it as if he were stupid. Quicker going over to help him! Making rude facial expressions at him. I definitely won’t be back here for the reason. Plus 30 min wait on one slice of pizza. ??
