This review is tough to write because I’ve always loved Popeyes, but this particular location is on another level of bad. The staff is extremely rude, and the manager runs the place terribly. I ordered a 3-piece meal (2 breasts and 1 wing) with extra biscuits, and was told to wait 5 minutes for a new batch. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes, while another customer had to argue with the manager because her chicken was raw—and he refused to replace it or give a refund.

When I finally got my order, I went home to find no sauces, ketchup, utensils, or napkins—and instead of the 3 biscuits I paid for, there was only one. To make it worse, the chicken was pink in the middle and undercooked. This was beyond disappointing and honestly disgusting.

I’ve been a loyal Popeyes fan for years, but this experience has really put me off. I hope corporate takes notice because this location is giving the brand a very bad name.

Biscuits were hard as hell.. popeyes is a franchise where you'll easily spend 30 just for one person so the food should be a little better. Clean location and the customer service is good. Nice lady at counter..

Please tell me this isn’t raw. Because the fact that I went up and told them that it was raw . They just told me it was red dye and I thought okay yk I’ll believe them and I keep opening the chicken and more parts are complete raw not red seasoning . This is dangerous and horrible . In the first picture you can see the color difference and it’s not red dye. DO NOT COME HERE .

I have loved some louisiana chicken all my life. but this spot is so stingy with them chickens like they be givin it out they own pocket. i ordered a 3 pice meal they aint have no coleslaw, got 1 big piece and 2 small wing piece when i ordered none.
the food is cool but make sure u ask em to give u right pieces. for me ill just get the sandwich from them no more chicken cause i cant trust em.

Only one of the four piece was in good condition, four dollars for a random piece of chicken is too much already, 3 pieces being dry and smelly, one even tasted like dirt.
Big price for a torturing meal makes you regret having gone there.
