The lie about pricing. They’ll give you a totally different price from what the menu says. When you confront them about it they make up more numbers. No calculators just lies. They’ll charge $20 one day for oxtails and $30 the next. A total. Rip off!

The food is good. Employees keep to themselves and do there job. But being a little friendly would come a long way.

My taste palate honestly couldn’t ask for anything better than the delicacies at Port Royal Restaurant. The place is clean and well-kept, and the steam table is always on point. The food's layout looks amazing, and the presentation really grabs your attention. The staff is stellar. The food is well-prepared, and the portions are absolutely worth the price. The taste is by far the best I’ve had. It’s exactly like the real, authentic Jamaican dishes you’d get back home. I even drive across town just for this mouthwatering delicacy.

I ordered a baked chicken dinner, only to get alot of rice and 2 pieces of chicken which had mostly skin and bones. Very little meat after separating the skin and bone.i think chicken is one of the most inexpensive meats so why not serve customers more and better pieces of chicken with the meal instead of packing the plate with rice to make the food seem plentiful. I do hope management will hold a serving class with their workers to ensure satisfaction for all customers who spend their hard working money at this establishment.
