Horrible experience! We went there as a group of 5 people.It took them 1.30 hours to bring our food out although there wasn’t any other customers . And when they brought our food out it was cold from inside and we had to send it back to warm it up ! Definitely not going back again

Their snack items are just trash- always feel stale and tasteless. Often they don’t even warm up the food.
Customer service is also poor and disrespectful.
The servers are always in a hurry that they don’t even listen to the customers properly.

She is acting irrationally. I just paid one bill, collected my food, and during that time around 5:30PMI ordered another meal. However, she told me I had to wait in line. I remained patient as there were only two customers ahead of me. After those two were served, I mentioned my other order, but she chose to assist another customer instead, making me wait longer. The issue is that all the customers on line after me were served before I was, and now she is blaming me for the situation. I plan to bring this to management's attention and review the CCTV footage.

Waited on a line for over 30min to grab chai. The workers don’t work and keep deflecting customers like they’re non-existent. The owner definitely should do a better job monitoring his employees
