If you need a reason to NOT go to Raes Cafe heres a few. plz share. If I was able to put negative stars I would. The food was horrible, it was cold, they were very rude, very unprofessional. Our waitress put her hand in my face and told me to be quiet, completely disrespected us, then proceeded to yell at us and threw our food in the trash without offering to fix the issue. She then asked, "Do you want your food back? I can get it out of the trash for ya?" This was all after listening to her make comments on my personal appearance Really? In 2026? 1 proceeded to ask for the owner. The owner started yelling at us and told us we needed to pay for the food we didn't get to eat that the waitress threw away or they would call the cops and then "banned" us from coming back. As if banning us were a punishment at this point. We ended up paying the full bill to sit for 30 minutes waiting food we didn't get to eat, for horrible service, a chocolate milk, and a messed up Diet Dr. Pepper. It's almost like Blue Springs was right in making them leave their city. 0/10 Do NOT recommend

I saw the owner wiped the spoon in the garbage bin when he was making a sandwich for me. I did not say anything to him ; but I threw away the sandwich and never went back to buy anything from that place again .

I had a wonderful experience at Rae’s Cafe today. The cashier was very friendly, and we shared a good laugh when I asked if my tea came with a refill or if I could get my picture on the “wall of fame.” The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting there while waiting for my morning doctor’s appointment. I even ordered another item to go because I liked it so much.

Rae’s Cafe is a great spot with tasty food and welcoming service. I’ll definitely come back again!

Crab salad, salmon, and brussel sprouts. The food is good. The guy can be a little cheap, but it's to make sure there's enough. The lady at the counter is very sweet!

We finally came here and it was great. Service was awesome, food was hot and tasty, and we will return. The portions were a bit bigger than most places these days, but that just insured a comfortable nap after we got home. 😴 Keep up the good work. 👍

I stopped by a nearby hospital and was able to eat a variety of foods at a good price here in front of the hospital. The store was clean, the price was good, and there were many customers. Most of them have take out customers.

I have only had the breakfast and a turkey sandwich and I have to say that I'm fairly impressed with the breakfast -- especially the fact that they make decent scrambled eggs! Not the best but okay and at least they know what it is; many hole-in-the-wall places actually think it's just chopped up omelette-styled eggs!! And the sausage patties and links are actually flavorful on account of the oil (some people would think it "greasy" but to me that's the whole point of "hearty" foods that fill you up)...ditto the hash browns. The turkey sandwich on the other hand was the same as you can get literally anywhere else, especially since they charge extra for basics like lettuce, tomato, and onions -- and hardly give you any for it!!!But I'll definitely make this a regular stop for when I want a good old-fashioned hearty breakfast! Unfortunately it's pretty expensive at $10/lb. but most folks would probably not eat in the "hungry man" portions I do and a petite lady should be able to spend less than ten.
