I recently dined at this establishment during my 4hr layover. I have been a longtime buffalo wing enjoyer, you can bet that I will always make them my order if offered where I'm eating. I cannot stress this enough, these were the best buffalo wings i've ever had the blessing to taste. Perfectly crispy, saucy, spicy, and juicy. When I needed a “less” noisy place to eat at JFK during a layover, this Mexican joint seemed like the only respite. Terminal 5 is a high decibel cacophony for some reason, and I had to truck down towards gates 512 through 516 to find some peace.

That said, there’s nothing revolutionary about Revolución. Por que? The pork tacos. They’re exactly what you might expect from airport fare: wooden, uninspired, and lacking in the spice department.

But...
It's ok. Food is bland but edible. There's hot sauce but only Tabasco. Prices are airport high. I am fueled for the flight, that's all. Waitress was very nice and the music is the most authentic Mexican thing here.
