I am a delivery customer and order monthly. Usually, I order tamales and pupusas. Last Wednesday, I decided to try a Bandeja Familiar as I was expecting visitors. I already expressed my displeasure with Seemless but I'm not sure they shared with the restaurant. Aside from the $35.95 charged for the above, I ordered and paid extra for a tamal de elote ($2.50), 4 purposes revueltas ($12.00) and extra curtido ($3.00).
Sadly, the Banderas was missing the 2 tamales, tortillas and costillas. The 2 pupusas that come with the bandeja were burned but the 4 extra were excellent as usual.
I expressed my displeasure to Seamless and shared that a refund for missing items should be given. Very disappointing.

The restaurant space itself becomes part of the experience. Their cooking impressed my taste buds. Every employee was naturally personable. I enjoy food that's straightforward and satisfying. I'm planning another visit to try other menu items.

The glowing feedback online perfectly describes this place. My recommendation for this place never wavers. Recognizing customer preferences shows professionalism. The food we ordered was uniformly fresh, tasty and well-executed. I found this place exceptional.

The atmosphere here is worth experiencing. The costs are reasonable, the menu is easy to read, and dishes taste good. I'd forgotten what truly good service feels like. Their dishes impress both the palate and the eye. The price aligns with what's delivered.

I was served avocado that was hard and not ripe, which made the dish less enjoyable and a bit heavy on my stomach. I hope the restaurant can pay more attention to this detail in the future.
I tried the El Ranchero plate at a the place, which came with two pupusas, casamiento (rice and beans), fried plantain, chorizo, and ranchero cheese. The pupusas were freshly made with a nice sear, and the sides were vibrant and traditional. While I appreciated the authenticity and the chance to try these classic flavors together, the overall taste profile wasn’t quite to my preference. Still, it was a special experience to explore a traditional Salvadorian dish, and their service was nice and welcoming. A nice try for my first El Salvadorian experience other than coffee.
