I did delivery address mistake and was really upset because initially they did not pick up call. Then suddenly they called me. Finally the issue was fixed very smoothly. Ordered for ramzan meals. All the items were nicely packed and properly cooled for shipping. Everything was great. Especially kachi biriyani, chicken and beef curry. Flavor wise hajir biriyani was okay but I felt like it was too oily. I might avoid hajir biriyani in future order. Somosa, chicken lollipops were good.

I paid for 4 pieces of Kolija Shingara (Liver Samosa), but only received 3 pieces. And one of the Shingaras were snapped. The chicken fried rice was oily and the chicken pieces were hard to find.Hajji Biriyani and sweets are good though. Packaging was excellent.Edit: They promptly refunded for the Shingara

Best part about Sagar at home is the quality packaging. It took about 2 days for the food to reach me but the freshness was intact. Solid props for packaging. Taste is Good too. I'd say there is room for improvement to elevate the dishes but for the price and the convenience of delivery You guys are doing a great job. Keep going and improving. Will definitely order again.
