Mother and Son Brunch … just because? at this quaint, tucked away secret gem in Queens. Truly the first place that I,ve found in Queens that does BOTH vegan and carnivore options WELL! If you’re like me where your household has a little bit of everything going on, this is your spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch! They are a vegetarian diner with an extensive menu so lots of good eats to choose from that are not salty or oily and well seasoned ?We had fresh carrot juice made to order, the pancake special with plant based bacon, eggs, home fries, sour dough toast, fresh fruit and avocado. Magnificent! They also have vegan desserts like apple crumb pie, frosted cookie crunch and so much more. The service was wonderful and we felt right at home. There is also a lovely gift shop right next door that has some unique knick knacks. Tell ‘em Avery sent you?Downside is parking is sparse so Uber or subway if you can. Note their hours are 8am - 3pm, closed on Tuesdays and are open on Sundays. Bon Apetit ?Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options. This place is a gem! It was our first time eating at this diner and we absolutely loved it. There aren't many vegan/vegetarian options near Jamaica Queens, so finding a place that caters to our dietary preferences was great. We will definitely be returning because everything tasted fresh and delicious; we give it a 10/10. The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean.

I live in the neighborhood and consider it a treat each time I have an opportunity to have a meal here. The food is prepared with love and that is reflected both in the presentation and the taste. I often have a bowl of one of their soups along with a special, home fries, and a cup of coffee or two ( three :)) Everyone on the staff is helpful.

Very calm place. Vegan options are on the great. Philly Cheese steaks (can't get vegan anywhere else) is an absolute homerun.I live with someone who is particular about vegan options and couldn't stop gushing about it and the chorizo hash.Will be coming back.Options for everyone.Staff is pleasant.The seating is like a small diner, and the music and paint make everything feel calm.

This is a vegan spot but besides the bacon I would never be able to tell. The food is delicious and the service is pretty quick and sweet. They are pretty popular It's a small spot so they may be busy but I've never had to wait long to be seated.

I cannot believe this omelette was vegan. I didn't know this was possible. My partner and I (who are both vegan) have been searching for a diner for years that will accommodate us with homestyle breakfasts, we have finally found our place here in Queens and we will be returning at least twice per month. Thank you Smile of the Beyond and Sri Chimnoy! ALSO - go check out Guru Health Food store in the same building. They have everything you could ever want and need.
