I ordered from them at least once a week but this week they fell off the food was not even done the chicken wasn't done the ribs was half done they gave me half portions and I think I'm going to start ordering them someplace else
The Fried Catfish were really good, chicken wings and roasted chicken were delicious. The ribs were ordered were OK. Am not sure if the potato salad and collard greens have been tailored for NYC market but both were watery and lacked flavor. The corn bread was tasty but had a very crumbly texture. Still a solid southern place in Queens that is reasonably priced with a lot of seating.
Everytime I come here I feel comfortable. Everything is on point. Manager brown is the best guy available there. Now let's not talk about the drinks. Frozen margs is 1 and done. Price for the frozen margs is so good, $12 for a large cup. Everyone is very well mannered and respectful there. Will always keep coming back
