Ordered catering pickup up for 3pm got there at 3:30pm and was still being told my order wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes. I understand this restaurant is busy but if you aren’t able to honor the time requested then say that. This is the third time this has happened and I’m over it.

The Oxtails, rice, and cabbage is my favorite dish! The best Oxtails in Queens! I used to go to Yardies. Your food has NEVER gave me indigestion so that's worth 10 stars. Thanks Smokehouse chefs and staff.
I’ve been ordering from this restaurant over 14 years… I always order one thing only whitening fish and rice pease.. I always write and say FISH GRAVY PLEASE.. these people working here like somtimes they care to give and somtimes they don’t care.. I hate when my food arrives and I have to eat the dry rice without no gravy you guys need to stop and I put it on the note says please charge my card extra…. The only time I get the gravy is when I actually go inside the store my self smh sad… I’m still giving a 5 stars because it won’t change the fact that this place has the best rice and pease in Queens… I just need my gravy when asked all the time please
I've eaten here for years, most chicken especially the fried chicken was always tender and tasty. I bought the BBQ chicken, it was dry and hard a disappointment. I also bought fish it was ok.

I ordered brown stew fish with gravy on the rice and a side of macaroni. They decided to put what appears to be oxtail gravy on my Mac (which I don’t eat) and gave me some type of sour fried fish with dry rice. Then I had to pick out about 50 of these allspice balls as I ate the food…why add so much of them? the picture wasn’t even half of them… horrible experience!
Sick & tired to order from here and food is garbage. Yes I understand it’s red meat it’s curry goat but the food is raw the meat just ready to cook full time you guys get good chef. Never again ! Imagine you order your lunch and have to throw it away .

I visited there to treat myself to 8 pieces of barbecue ribs with 2 slices of bread. It was a take out order. When I got on the train, barbecue sauce was dripping from the flimsy bag my food was packed in. When I arrived home, I discovered that I was only given burnt and dripping nasty wet rib tips. Not full spare ribs at all. I paid $32 for this mess. It's under new management and a new team is working there. Horrible. After taking one bite, I placed my food in the trash can. Never again will I visit that restaurant.

Today I ordered and in mid enjoying my stew peas I look down and there’s something that looks like charred onion but I wasn’t sure so I turn it over and it’s a ROACH… I’m so disappointed I genuinely like the food from here but a roach??? I’m disgusted

Order oxtails and paid over 20 something dollars for it to find out the only gave me 4 oxtails and a whole bunch of rice. Waste of money & they always got an attitude in there from the cashier to the person that takes the
