I have been planning to write this review for a long time but before I would have written it using very offensive words... from the beginning: starting with the fact that despite the small amount of traffic it was hard for the staff to notice our group of five people but when they finally managed it was only worse. After about 10 minutes from the moment she took us to the table the lady finally decided to take the order, which in my opinion was quite simple because I remember it to this day. After another 10 minutes we managed to get some of the drinks (we only ordered 3 and the lady had no idea who ordered what anyway), I waited another 10 minutes for the last drink... after another 10-15 minutes we received part of the order although of course part of the order was wrong (instead of onion rings they served fries), a few things were missing (e.g. additional hamburger sauce), the lady forgot about one person's order (he received the order after we all had already eaten) and of course she had no idea who ordered what (as I said there was very little traffic and most of the tables were empty). maybe a few words about the food before I get to the most important thing. we ordered 4 burgers and 1 soup with toast. the soup was supposedly good so maybe that's the only dish worth mentioning because all 4 burgers were simply very poor... poor quality ingredients, no sauce so the burgers were dry and the burgers were simply cold... honestly we ate them because the whole thing took so long that we didn't have time to look for another place. the whole hopeless visit was completed by the ending... we got a bill for less than 150 dollars and circled suggested tip amounts. honestly this lady was not entitled to any tip for what the service called but we decided to leave her a small tip of about 10 dollars. When we were leaving the lady came up to us and started shouting at us that she should get more. I told her why I don't think so and what we left her was too much anyway. The lady then ripped the bill out of our hand and went to the cashier, then handed us the bill with an added tip of 18% and left. We paid it off because we were running out of time but a big bad taste remained, not only because of the bad food. Damn, how can Americans screw up a hamburger?

I was never guided that we can only sit if we order ala carte. I ordered and then I was told to stand outside and wait for the order. At least ask if anyone wants to order a take away or wants to dine-in.

Ima small beer cost 10 dollars and they even charged us 10 cents for disposal.

The food tastes fine, but the service is not. The waiters all seem annoyed at everyone’s request to order, pay, or even exist. I ordered a hot food while my wife ordered a salad. He told me that hot food would take longer and I said that was fine, yet he proceeded to put in an order for two salads even though the word salad never left my mouth. I had to get him to correct it even though I already said that it was fine that mine would take longer. Us and all the tables around us had to request the check and get his attention to take the card to pay as he was very inattentive to his tables.
There was also mold in the pepper shaker which is just absolutely absurd.

We ordered a Classic hamburger, it came without cheese, burnt meat, dry bread, half-soggy fries, the dish came out dirty with oil/grease. The service wasn't good either, they brought the snack and only brought cutlery or napkins after about 10 minutes.

Bad service, dirty plate, they brought the burger and after 5 minutes they brought cutlery and napkins.
very expensive for what it offers.
wilted potato, dry burger.
If I had seen the reviews here before, I wouldn't have ordered here.

Terrible place at JFK T8. Service is terrible, not enough staff with make the staff overwhelmed. If they put more staff service probably will be better.
