The food is very good. Made to your order.There is always a crowd getting fresh cooked food. The only problem is, they are extremely cheap with their portions. Other than that, the staff is friendly, and always smiling.

I ordered a honey glazed turkey with American cheese lettuce mayo and mustard on a roll. They forgot the mustard, and the turkey was kinda chewy at the end of the sandwich. I will never buy a sandwich from them again. This is definitely not a sandwich spot I'm sorry folks, I have to keep it

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went there for the first and last time to attempt to get a simple sandwich and the guy behind the counter acted disgusted because I didn't know how to order through their enclosed kitchen. I kept asking where do I make the order and he kept saying with the lady in a rude tone. I'm like where is the lady I don't see anybody. He just looked at me and then kept saying next customer. Then he sat there and wrote down a whole deli order for that customer. That's when I walked out. This is NYC I can get a better sandwich elsewhere. And that's exactly what I did. That guy is costing the business money.

I remember when this place opened up and let me tell you this place had the best sandwiches you could ever get now this place I will never go back to again your sandwiches are disgusting and you really disappointed me with your services I really can't believe how far you guys have mess this place up WOW
