I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and it just seems like the service and food is getting worse. On two separate occasions they gave me burnt rice and I know I’m not the only one. The owner is not there as much anymore I used to see her all the time. But they need to do better your ruining the good reputation they had

We just bought oxtail with rice and peas along with eschovich fish on . When we got home 2 minutes away the food was already like warm. Im disappointed. We had to heat up the dinner at home
Never pick up phone and the cashier nasty she never answer phone either the line always long and they have lot of server that don't want to share they attitude too stink for customer service .
I have never had jerk chicken taste so dry. Unfortunately this WAS my go to place for food. Usually the food is good into the evening. But maybe Sunday evenings aren’t a good time to get food from them. The chicken was so dry I choked on it. NO MOISTURE. The usual people were their usual selves. I did not like the tense situation of ordering food and getting an attitude in return. This won’t be my go to place for jerk chicken on a Sunday evening any more.

I ordered a pan of curry chicken, the curry was burned and all the skin was left on the meat, it was so dry and nasty, I can't believe this is what I paid for. I called to complain, she rushed me off the phone and told me to bring it back. She was so unprofessional and rude. The quality of this place has gotten so bad it's not even funny, thank god for the staff who has the best personalities I am that they are the ones who has this place running because the chef and the owners are a joke, either the food is too salt, too much pepper, or just not properly cleaned. I won't be going back here. You don't respect the community that you serve, the same community that keep your lights on..Shame in you!!!!
