Vegetarian options: After waiting almost 20 minutes in line, I purchased a veggie chunks and I was very disappointed. The food had no seasoning which was strange because I've been buying here for the longest. The pumpkin rice needed to cook some more and the Mac n cheese was garbage. Don't know if there was a chef change or they were rushing but it was horrible.I would've spoke to someone in person if they'd answer the phone...so I had no other choice than to leave a review to let you all know how disappointed I was as a long standing customer. Please check the food before serving.

Great food, don't go late or you might not get all that you want. Service is good, staff is pleasant and it's a no frills Jamaican restaurant with a couple seats and normal take out ambiance.

These pwoolen are just plain rude and have disgusting attitudes that turn you off from the food. The food is usually quite tasty but the weekend food has been horrible and a safety hazard to consume. The hottest peppers are used and seemed to burst in the food n they still serve it. This abnormal amount of pepper is most commonly consumed by rum heads and alchilics not reg people trying to enjoy a meal or feed children. The staff leaves too much to be desired and could benefit from hospitality and food service training. Especially when you are spending your hard earned money.

Very good food. The 2 ladies were very nice polite and gave me fast service. The reviews are very misleading. Best food in the neighborhood. Oxtails tender and very good price and amount of food. Update I went back twice the stewed chicken is dry and then the plate of oxtails was not the same size lots of rice little meat. They were still nice but I decided not to make this a reg place I eat

It seemed like the food was OK, until I felt something in my mouth that wasn't right, and it turned out to be a really long reddish blond hair. It freaking makes me sick to think about it. Definitely won't be going there again.

My family buys from here all the time. Love their food, hands down one of the best Caribbean restaurants I’ve ate from.

The food is good they did give me an oxtail with just fat on it but the rice and beans are DELICIOUS. Everything is GREAT, nicely seasoned but not overcooked. Mac n cheese is cheesy I will say the sorreal has more ginger than necessary.Overall the service was fast and the food was EXCEPTIONAL (definitely unexpected) I will be going after work to get a patty (they don't sell patties)?

This place is absolutely delicious!! My girlfriends family told us about this spot even though they never eat out. They're Jamaican and prefer to cook there own food at home but they said if they were going to eat out , it's going to be Spring Gardens. We got the chicken curry, oxtail with gravy, and curry goat. All were flavored to perfection! Oxtail was juicy, soft , tender and fall off the bone. Just the way I like it. Curry Chicken and Curried Goat were so flavorful, seasoned perfectly, savory, the goat was sooooo soft and the chicken was divine. Also the vibe is welcoming, and was able to watch the Sunday NFL games! You gotta give this place a shot !

The food is great most of time, but they need to train their workers on how to deal with customers, there’s a big red skins gal name Nichole that serves food, she has no manners whatsoever, most of the staffs are polite, but this is my 2nd run in with Nichole, her attitude is off putting, her bad attitude kill my appetite before I start eating and for that reason I’ll be taking my business to Jamaican Flavors in next door.

When you call to make an order the customer service needs training they don't know how to talk to you as it's a favor , one told me that she is busy and a lot of customer is her , I told her that I am a customer that's why I call I would like to place an order, she put me on hold twice and the phone cut off, I don't think the owners know about this type of attitude, and ths is happening too often, we are all Jamaican and is giving our support, let the workers know that they are working and to do a better job when someone call to make an order to be more courteous and respectful.Wishing you continously success
