I would go here when I temporarily worked in the area. My drinks would come out at a decent time. When I would order lunch my food was always nice and warm. The sandwiches were fresh.

This Starbucks is terrible if you like to wait all day for a simple cuppa coffee then you will enjoy going in there many people are working behind the counter but still working extremely slow line takes all day to move when into order a cup of coffee paid for it and then the gentleman behind the counter decided to tell me yeah I'll get it for you in a minute and then never gave it to me said something to a young lady and had her do it that was ridiculous and disrespectful I used to work for Starbucks in the 90s that is the worst customer service skills I've ever seen terrible terrible Starbucks should be closed I will never go away

I ordered a small coffee and a small caramel Frappuccino. It was at 7:20 pm they close at 8 p.m, I guess that’s why they were too lazy to make fresh cup of coffee. Hot coffee was warm not hot enough. And Frappuccino had less milk, less caramel and watery taste. Never going back coz it happened for the second time.

First of all I don’t like starbucks what I pay for is what I get I asked for whip cream didn’t get it then they leave my muffin out instead of a bag and it was hot ? No body was even inside !
Found this place just off Market Square. Daily breakfast specials. Made from scratch. Inexpensive. Quick, friendly service. Serves breakfast and lunch. Open till 3:00 pm

The difference between my 1st and 2nd visits to this location were night and day. During the first week of opening stores in quarantine, I placed my order in person on the app. The employees were quite busy with their own conversations resulting in my drink being made with dairy despite paying extra for almond milk. Of course, by the time I began drinking it, we were already too far away to exchange it. Luckily after contacting Starbucks customer service, I received a refund. Tough times, a stomachache and a refund. Maybe another day. I was in the area and decided to try again. This time upon entering the store, there was a friendly employee in the lobby to assure social distancing was taking place and distributing app orders. Clean and efficient? Yes, please. Speedy service with a smile, I was in-and-out in less than 30 seconds. This time I purchased a drink without dairy in the recipe, btw it tasted great. Im glad I gave it another go. Try ordering on the app, it's quicker and more sanitary during these times.
