They can’t make a brown sugar shaken expresso the right way at all. This is the only location I’ve been to more than once where the drink taste so bitter!! I even went as far to add extra pumps of brown sugar and it’s still bitter.

I come here often, so I decided to make a comment. The workers here are very kind and hard working, unfortunately some of them cannot distinguish a cup of coffee from a hot chocolate. This morning I requested (using the app) for a hot chocolate and I got a coffee. This is not the first time this has happened (in person or using the app) and it is upsetting.
I don't like coffee. I wasted my time and money.

I ordered my iced caramel macchiato and then scanned my app to pay for it. However, I couldn't find my order in the Starbucks app. When I told the manager about the issue, he was very rude and told me to leave. I understand he was busy, but I was just trying to explain my situation. His response felt disrespectful, especially since they made my iced coffee incorrectly and he didn't seem to care about anyone's concerns except his own.

Normally this place is very good when the older African American manager/cashier is here. But unfortunately there were two young Hispanic ladies near the cash register that completely ignored me despite me waiting in line in front of them for for 7-8 mins. It was rainy outside and they didn't even have other customers in line. They essentially refused me service despite me requesting politely to put in an order for an iced matcha then laughed at my face and went back to talking to each other. I've frequented Starbucks almost all my life but never have I encountered such horrifying customer service before. Whoever is hiring the cashiers needs to do a better job of hiring younger cashiers who are not outright hostile to their customers. when it became clear that I wasn't going to be served, I was leaving and the other younger Hispanic worker sarcastically said have a good day sir. Very shocked and disappointed by the experience. As you can see, there was no other people in line. I highly recommend that you guys hire more people who don't refuse to take orders from customers. You guys are just losing money. Thank you. Have a good day.

This place takes extremely long with your drinks, and on top of that can't even make a simple mocha frappucino correctly without it tasting like a cup of chocolate syrup that's just been sitting out. Shortly after receiving my order I asked the same employee that gave me my drink (tall, skinny, light-skinned male with glasses) for the pin to the bathroom, and he told me I had to go to the register and order something to use it. When I told him I just purchased a drink (when he clearly already knew, since he was the one who made my order) he told me the same thing. If I'm a paying customer, I need to make a purchase again to use the restroom? I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks. Just go somewhere else at that point. A place you go to sit down and drink coffee doesn't even allow their paying customers to use the restroom. Would not recommend.

I went in to Redeem my Birthday Drink and was greeted by Eugene , I told him that I was here to redeem my birthday gift and he told the rest of the workers that it was my birthday & they started singing Happy Birthday to me 🥹 this made me feel so special because I was literally sad about spending my birthday alone. Raymond designed my cup so beautifully with the words happy birthday & made me the best Matcha.. and Twanna helped me out with my order issue. I really and truly appreciate the staff today. You guys made my birthday extra special 🩷🫶🏾 Suki

Omg their service is so good tbh. In a area like sutphin or jamaica it's hard to be keep yourself calm but they're still nice to their customers. I love sitting there and enjoying my drink while listening to those songs they play.. it's so peaceful🤍I'm a regular now so my most favorite would be Mocha frappe and pink drink😋
