This is THE WORST starbucks in the area. I urge everyone to go to the Metropolitan Ave location if possible. I’ve waited here for a single drink over 20 minutes way more than a handful of times. Poorly managed, always new baristas who look like they got here that same day, and horrible service.

While waiting in a fairly long and slow moving queue, I figured I’d use the restroom while waiting to order, but a staff member floating around insisted that I needed to complete my purchase before getting the bathroom code. Good to be reminded that Starbucks is just a corporation more concerned with money than customer experience. Very disappointing.

Happy birthday to me. Ordered my free coffee on the app for pick up. When I got there to pick it up, I’ve had a wonderful experience. The thank you and a smiling face on the cup simply made my day . Thank you for the wonderful experience and the free coffee. The staff is absolutely fantastic and customer service is amazing 🙏
The Starbucks shop nearest to AirTrain to JFK. Rest here for 3 hours before taking AirTrain to JFK. New facility, plenty of seats, lots of orders at noon but still served fast. Nothing to complain.

Ordered a lemonade with an extra scoop of dragonfruit, for a medium Lemonade Dragonfruit Refresher, but there was basically no dragonfruit added on my lemonade, much less the additional paid extra scoop. I almost always order this lemonade in the afternoon, but this location just proved they’re different. If you point this out to the lady behind the counter, she goes back and made me believe she added more dragonfruit but she added nothing more. They were either very low on this ingredient and don't let you know, or this location is a scam when adding dragonfruit to your lemonade, which is it?
