Their cashiers and other staff are polite.
The Dunkin Donuts opposite Starbucks is really good…their staff welcomed customers with a smile and responded very politely!

Some incompetents. They speak badly to the clientele. They are not able to make sentences in English. They do not accept cash. I am increasingly disillusioned with Starbucks. IM not coming back anymore
