I have NEVER in my life encountered such rude and nasty baristas. This starbucks needs a staff overhaul. Get rid of all of them from the cashier to the manager. All nasty!!! They constantly roll their eyes at customers, talk nasty to people when people are polite. I asked for a cold brew and forgot to tell them to add a little bit of milk. When I asked the barista to please add a little she rolled her eyes at me rudely told me “you can get milk at the stand where the napkins are”. When I got my cold brew went to get milk and there was none. I went back to her and told her there was no milk and then rolled her eyes at me again and snatched the drink out of my hand and poured literally 2 drops of milk. I know she did that on purpose. How can jetBlue continue to let this happen? This is completely unacceptable.

Today , 5:00 PM on March 16, 2025, I witnessed an upsetting incident at the Starbucks located in JFK Airport Terminal 5 Jetblue The male employee, who appeared to be African American, loudly and aggressively yelled at all customers in line, accusing us of not properly adhering to the designated queue within the rope barriers. His behavior was erratic, resembling that of someone under the influence of drugs, causing many customers, including elderly individuals, to leave the line in discomfort. Disturbingly, none of the other staff intervened to address the situation; instead, they laughed, which only added to the distress. This experience has led me to decide against patronizing Starbucks in the future, as such conduct is unacceptable and disrespectful. I strongly urge management to review security footage and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences. Please look at the cameras.

I am disappointed with the service at the Starbucks in JFK Airport on March 6, 2025. Around 8 AM, as usual, I went to get a cup of coffee and asked for a cup of water with ice. However, the girl behind the counter, with an arrogant expression, refused to give me water and rudely told me that water is only available for purchase in a bottle. I am a regular customer at this location and have never encountered such treatment before. I love the Starbucks brand and have been drinking their coffee for many years, both in their cafés and at home. In every country I have visited, I have never been denied a cup of water. This was the first time, and it was solely because of this particular employee. That is why I am giving one star not to the coffee shop as a whole but to this specific worker.

Nothing too crazy. It’s an airport Starbucks. The food was put together in a kind of sloppy way, but was hot and tasted decent, and the drink was perfectly good. The staff weren’t particularly friendly, but again, it’s in an airport. 🤷🏼♂️

Rude service . The lady working there was so rude when we ask for an extra cup. No courtesy to customers.

Worst Starbucks experience. I get it long lines of complicated orders. Do like other places do and turn off mobile ordering so you can have more control. I ordered the special holiday latte... I got the latte but without any whipped cream or topping. It took at least 25 mins for pastry and over 40 minutes to get a drink and almost missed my boarding call. For the cost of these drinks, the presentation and service are key. All the staff were stressed and resulted in attitudes. I recommended opening another location in the terminal because the tiny stand isn't working for the number of people that bombard the space.

Had a male employee tell me that the potato chive bake is called an egg bite… WRONG. The lady on bar agreed with him. Terrible employee.
Early morning had no waiting time, and there are a number of tasty light snack or breakfast options. Take out only here.
Overpriced like everything at JFK, but some decent offerings. Have tried a few other places here, but some were barely edible.

The Starbucks at the airport was terrible, with idle staff appearing careless during off peak hours. After waiting for a long time, they still made mistakes on my order.

Avoid avoid avoid. Placed a mobile order, and after 45 minutes had to abandon our order and board the flight without our food or drinks. This Starbucks and the mobile ordering process needs work. If you want to get your order, place it 2 hours in advance.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just to get to the counter and the barista to tell me anything I order will be a 25 minute wait? What a joke. Do better Starbucks.
