went there on July 28th 9:15pm. The guy who took my order sucks. I guess he was the only guy at the register. I was asking question about the bottle’s price, he gave me the tired look, then when my wife decided to buy it separately from my drink, and he gave us an attitude immediately?! I understand that it would make it unconvinced for him if we already order all the items and tell him to cancel it to make it 2 purchases, but we haven’t even told him what drink we would buy yet, what would be the the excuse for that experience that we have?!

I found it really unprofessional for someone who works as a customer service associate to show that kind of face/ attitude.

Food was good, he tried to ignore what i asked him about my orders all the time also.

I usually order here because I can do it on my app and I can get my staff faster but today, instead of a matcha frappe they gave me the regular one, I wasn’t expecting that. Otherwise the service it’s ok

Horrible. Stood in line for 30 mins, paid 7 dollars for a breakfast sandwich that was refrigerator level cold. Avoid at all costs.

Unbelievably slow… expect to wait at least 30-40 mins for your order. Ironically they have an trophy on display for their “speed of service” 😂

I ordered a large and got a medium but did not have time to complain. Later same day, my wife ordered a medium and got a small and when she complained, they insisted that a small cup was medium. Definitely not our first experience with Starbucks cup sizes so unless Starbucks just changed, this is whack.

Just left the Starbucks at the JetBlue terminal by gate 522. my daughter bought a drink and didn’t mention she wanted light ice. So I went back and asked if we could get less ice. The guy behind the register was very nice and said no problem. Now, I know my daughter didn’t ask for no ice so I know it was on us. but ASHERA, the barista, had a problem with it and just starting going on and on and loud enough so I can hear her. Instigating and mad that I should have asked for no ice. I told her I never said light ice in the original order so there’s more ice than the actual drink, so it’s just a matter of wanting less ice. She started telling me that she’s not talking to me. Yet she’s there talking as loud as possible about me and that she’s not talking to me. I wasn’t even dealing with her for her to go off the way she did. She was Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Not sure how she has a job working with customers.

Customer service awful. Operator wrote my name down as seven, which is an honest mistake, then someone else called out the number seven which I just thought was the order number. After a few minutes I queried my order, which wasn't obvious as I had ordered 2 cappuccinos and only 1 was put down anyway. No apology, no please, thank you or anything, and the coffee wasn't great either, not very strong.

First time they disappointed me with my order. I understand the line was long and they look shorthanded. But someone didn't read the order correctly..my Medicine Ball was suppose to be made with No water and when I received it after waiting patiently it was the weakest Medicine Ball ever!!!

The two female employees working 5/8/25 @ 6:30am JetBlue terminal 5 by gate 500 need to be firstly retrained in making drinks and/or fired, I been ordering iced caramel macchiatos upside down, extra caramel for years and never have it looked like what I received it was dark brown colored like expresso and no caramel whatsoever. No garnishing drizzle, nothing. It looked like a drink someone would make on their first day but made wrong.

Secondly, the attitude on both women. The first girl I told her that my drink looks wrong and it OBVIOUSLY has no caramel. But if you follow directions. EXTRA CARAMEL upside down. The color was dark brown. A caramel macchiato is light brown in color anybody who drinks coffee would know that.
So this girl gave me an attitude and said I was wrong and it's supposed to look like that, and wouldn't fix it. The coworker working behind her instead of doing her job was instigating, looked at me and smirked and rolled her eyes. Real ghetto-like but what would you expect?

The only redeeming factor was the excellent supervisor who remade my drink and was nice.
