This Starbucks location receives unfairly harsh criticism. Despite its busy airport setting, the staff provides very good service, answering questions calmly and kindly. The cold brew, bacon Gouda, and special edition Christmas frappuccinos are delicious. Although the store design can be chaotic, the baristas are wonderful and ensure customers' drinks are made to their liking. The prices may be steep, but typical for New York. Overall, this Starbucks is a pleasant spot for a quick, high-quality drink amidst the airport hustle.
