This is a Starbucks located within Terminal 1 at JFK International Airport. Everything was 100% meh to be honest. I ordered a hot chai which was decent. Staff were doing their jobs but no apparent customer service to speak of. It wasn't crazy busy so maybe a greeting would have been nice. Items seemed more expensive at this location. There are some tables out front and a small seating area at the back facing check in counters.

Not bad for a place with heavy traffic like an airport. After all, you want coffee and they give it to you. People working in such busy places can get tired.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks store. I ordered a venti matcha latte and a venti strawberry acai refresher, but what I got was completely different. When I brought it to their attention, they denied any wrongdoing and claimed I never asked for venti sizes. That's not true, and I know they have security cameras that can prove it. What's worse is the attitude of the staff. They seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and their tone was dismissive and rude. The drinks themselves were also poorly made. The matcha latte was bitter and unpleasant. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and provides better training to their staff to be more respectful. And to all the starbucks customers out there, pay money for things that you might or might not get it. Good luck!

The lady in the cashier is wearing airpods while working and she cant hear when you talk to her, then I had to wait for my drink for almost 20mins because she was busy flirting with the customer ahead of me. She volunteered to make his drink even though she was the cashier and asking his preference for each ingredient that she mix with his coffee. Never waited for starbucks this long.

A terrible experience. If you want to use the free meal provided by the airline, they give you all kinds of trouble and make faces on top of it. He's huffing and puffing. He shamelessly showed me his type screen, which is incredible. I could only use $5 of the $12 voucher😏
