Terrible customer service especially by the ladies and they just stare at you like you bothered them just for walking into the place. I ordered 4 subs and they just gave it to me without a bag and when I asked for one they got angry. I guess they allow this because their manager is the same way.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. One of the staff members insulted customers in another language right in front of them, assuming they wouldn’t understand which is an appalling display of bigotry. To make things worse, the manager was no better. Instead of addressing the issue, he made the situation more uncomfortable by praising Trump inappropriately during the conversation. It was unprofessional, offensive, and made the environment extremely hostile. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge corporate to look into the behavior at this location.

The two ladies just makes things more complicated and charges you for things that are free in other locations for no reason. Also, they speak ill of you in their native language (i know what they are saying), they are definitely miserable with their jobs and life but come on don’t ruin the service for the customer and create an unsettling environment.
