Terrible customer service especially by the ladies and they just stare at you like you bothered them just for walking into the place. I ordered 4 subs and they just gave it to me without a bag and when I asked for one they got angry. I guess they allow this because their manager is the same way.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. One of the staff members insulted customers in another language right in front of them, assuming they wouldn’t understand which is an appalling display of bigotry. To make things worse, the manager was no better. Instead of addressing the issue, he made the situation more uncomfortable by praising Trump inappropriately during the conversation. It was unprofessional, offensive, and made the environment extremely hostile. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge corporate to look into the behavior at this location.

The two ladies just makes things more complicated and charges you for things that are free in other locations for no reason. Also, they speak ill of you in their native language (i know what they are saying), they are definitely miserable with their jobs and life but come on don’t ruin the service for the customer and create an unsettling environment.

I won't lie the smell was amazing its what caught my attention but the food and service not so much. I ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies she gave me 4 but only because they were all rock hard. I went back and told he'd to which she said she gave me four for a reason. But I didn't want 3 rock hard cookies let alone 4. I than gave her the receipt and asked for my money back. Than another lady came out from the back and offered me 4 double chocolate chip cookies but I didn't want those yet she still kept trying to give them to me . I told her to just give me my money back and the first 2 times she said no until the other lady told her to. And I'm pretty sure they we're talking about me in Bengal. Just a bad experience ?.

The employees were making fun of an old man because he was African American and didn't speak their language. They're nice to you only if you're Bengali. I'm gonna stop going to this place even though they were nice every time I visited. But they were probably nice because I'm from their country.
