Came to the establishment at 10:00am, when on the website it says it opens at 9:00am. I knocked on the door at 10:00 the lady employee going to say 10:00am when I’m outside at 10:00am. Don’t have a time online and posted on the door of the Subway don’t opening at that time and you’re not open .

What’s going on with this Subway restaurant? Every time I come in, one of the employees has a terrible attitude, like she doesn’t even want to work here. She treats customers poorly, as if we’re asking her for a favor. I truly hope the Subway chain takes appropriate action, because it’s honestly unbearable.

This Subway restaurant deserves zero stars. I ordered a protein bowl online and i scheduled it for 9:30 and i reached there at 9:28 but they cancelled my order and close the front door at that time Whereas their store closing time is 10 o'clock. Stay away from this place!

I have ordered from this location a few times. Most recent last night and prior to that maybe last year. As a previous comment said they are stingy and indeed they are! I placed an order for two sandwiches on the app. One being the Titan Turkey which is suppose to have 33% more turkey and 2x more cheese. Upon checking when I got home, it looked like less than regular amount! For that sandwich I got two veggies asked for more and received less than the regular amount. The other sandwich was the Baja Chiptole Turkey. I asked for more veggies on that one as well and received less. The meat was the same amount as the Titan. If I am spending more money for more product I expect it. The app has less, regular and more option and the workers should follow it. Since it was a deal on app, I went to the location on Main Street tonight. They indeed understood the assignment! More def was more as it was falling out the sandwich and just half the footlong was enough.

I've been going here for a while. They can be stingy with their ingredients, but I didn't complain because it seems all subway locations do that if you order online. I happened to arrive early and my order wasn't ready, so I asked that the accommodations I requested online be made to my sandwiches. The server Benito said the accommodations couldn't be made, adding that the owner was refusing because "he paid for all this". Although I didn't agree, I kept my thoughts to myself and I waited for my food. But before Benito would hand me my food, he told me that he would print my receipt and show the owner; he wouldn't give a reason as to why he felt the need to do that. That left me feeling very uncomfortable, like I was a problem for just asking questions. I'm not willing to return to this location.

This Subway restaurant deserves zero stars. I ordered a sandwich on-line and they cancelled my order because they did not like the price offered by corporate HQ. Instead of not participating in the deals, they preferred to cancel orders after they were made and confirmed. I ended up making a useless trip to their store. What underhanded tactics. Stay away from this place!

Dont buy on this subway store. Every time I order through the app for pickup the never add the right thing or the protein. I ordered a chicken ranch and bacon, and the sandwich had no bacon at all, the chicken was so little that you could barely taste it. It was a lettuce sandwich. Never coming back.

I didn’t listen to the reviews… but it’s true. Avoid this Subway at all costs. I was picking up a mobile order. I showed my order receipt and “Sheela” told me to provide my ID and the card I paid with. I didn’t have an issue showing my ID so I showed my ID and explained that I paid with Apple Pay. She told me to show her the card. I took out my card and obviously the numbers won’t match. As we all know when we pay with Apple Pay the last 4 digits change for security purposes. She got mad and didn’t want to give me my sandwich. She spoke to a guy in the back and she proceeded to hand me my food before she scolded me about having the correct card next time. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs. Apart from this my sandwich was cold and didn’t have the correct toppings I ordered. Unacceptable work! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered on the app. As another reviewer stated, that was a big mistake. The problem here is that despite my having tried to be friendly to the one employee on duty from the moment I walked in (I went out of my way to find a Subway), he was very rigid and unpleasant. Walk-in customers were given priority. “I don’t mind waiting, but could I have a cup so I can drink something while I wait?” No. And then when I found no napkins in the bag, and got up to take some from the turned-around dispenser at the counter, he was angry with me for doing that! I threw up my hands in disbelief!! Instead of making feel appreciated for being a customer, he made me decide to NEVER come back to this location. That’s bad news for the franchise owner, cuz God knows they could use more foot traffic here.
