They are taking orders from the line and the kiosk as well as food app orders. They need like three more people. Which brings me to atmosphere... it's dark with poor seating. And they lock the seats away to control how many young people hang out there at a time.

My friend called me, insisting he was at this location. He said he was at both the Pizza Hut, and the Taco Bell. I told him I was also at the combination of the two, and couldn't see him. Incredulously, we went back and forth for 3 minutes, even making sure we were both on Jamaica Avenue. So if you're meeting a friend here, just know there may be two such places on the street.

They are cutting corners with packing.( I never got a steak burrito in plastic wrap before a It's always comes in foil wrap. Too many homeless people sleeping there as well as the place always being dirty

I called over 20 times to discuss an issue with my wife’s food, it was too far to turn back. When they pick up finally 30 minutes later there’s not even a manager on duty to help with the issue. I know yall heard that phone ringing.

Food and service is great! But there are not enough seats to eat and there are always people in their that aren't customers. Don't have this problem at other places around as they have more than enough seating. Having the downstairs closed has limited this place. Sucks I can't come and sit down and eat.

Got two stars because of the Pizza Hut but the Taco Bell side didn’t put sauce on any of the items like the quesadillas and potato taco. Again, the Pizza Hut slaps tho

The reason why I'm giving a rating of 🌟🌟🌟 for both "food" and the "atmosphere" is cuz for the former the one time that I've eaten here my order was kinda cold instead of hot and for the latter cuz beggars/vagrants bound to be frequent in here a lot.

I just visited your location at this address: 119-16 Liberty Ave Jamaica, NY 11419. I had just finished ordering food and asked the shift lead if i was able to use the restroom. I was told it’s out of order. Immediately the guy next to me finished ordering after I did and immediately gets allowed to use the restroom. The man next to me was middle eastern just as the employee working. The store was empty and the shift lead proceeds to tell me they’re busy and can’t have deal with this and that he thought i hadn’t ordered food even after showing him my receipt.
The store was empty and it was only 2 customers inside. Myself and the middle eastern man next to me. If they are busy and don’t allow customers into the bathroom i understand this.
However, i asked and was told it is out of order while this man gets to immediately use the restroom.
