I was trying to order food for my elderly parents who are coming from a very long 11 hour flight and i was told to call 15 min before closing time. First time nobody picked up, second time I got put on hold for 10 min and I just gave up waiting. Then finally i got through after and was told it was already closed. So i guess you gotta be super lucky to get in your order in the limited 15 min time frame! It’s ridiculous.

I enjoyed a delicious meal while grooving on the 60's soundtrack. Fun atmosphere and great service by Jules!

We had a fantastic time at the Paris Cafe. Jewel, the server, provided exceptional service and made our dining experience enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed my burger, which was delicious. Recommended if you have to stay in NYC JFK!

Had the BEC Pizza and ordered a Sapphire Martini ( they were out of Bombay) so ordered a Pinot Noir instead. Was a tad light.
The Pizza however was unexpected and delicious. Crust was good and while not quite a 12 inch pizza not bad.
The service was actually the best part of the dining experience. My waiter and the back waiter were really great. The hostess was also super cordial and made me feel welcomed.
Overall my first but not my last trip here.

I live in the Hamptons so we stay at the TWA Hotel frequently when we have an early flight out or a late return in so we've frequented the Paris Cafe as well. The food is fine. For a Jean-Georges restaurant it's a little disappointing. For instance, on our last visit the aubergine on the vegetable pizza was undercooked and under seasoned, the roasted cauliflower is nice, we always enjoy an order of fries. Overpriced for what it is but the only option at the hotel (aside from a very mediocre food court). The TWA Hotel ambiance is great, if you want to go the Paris Cafe I suggest a cocktail and fries, fun for a layover too.

We’ve been here once before and loved the nostalgic feel of the TWA hotel. The Paris Café does a great job adding to the ambience, The food is very good and the staff are great. Marco was our server for breakfast and did a fantastic job! You can’t ask for better. We’ll be back

An absolutely charming place in the TWA Hotel at JFK. I had the fish and chips. I wish it came with more chips. (Only 5 on the dish). Otherwise very good.

What an amazing hotel and dining experience. The architecture is stunning, and the period appropriate music really completes the atmosphere.
We had dinner here after checking in and liked it so much we came back for breakfast the next morning. The crispy salmon sushi was a standout after a long travel day, the pizza was creative with a great New York style crust, and breakfast was excellent, especially the perfectly cooked and seasoned hash browns.
One small question: my girlfriend absolutely loved the uniquely shaped coffee cups used at breakfast. I noticed the owner responds to reviews - would you happen to know the brand or model? I’d love to get her a couple as a reminder of our stay. Thank you!

Awful experience with dinner. Service was non-existent. We had a 7pm reservation and weren't seated until 20 minutes after, although we were patient and understood it wasn’t the fault of the hostess. She was very nice. Then we waited another 10 minutes for someone to take our orders.
Almost an hour passed before they came out to tell us that they ran out of the dish my wife ordered. Wife ordered a Caesar salad as an app, and there was no dressing. They didn’t even give us place settings, and when they did, they gave us one place setting so we had to share a napkin.
They brought us bread and olive oil and there was literally a drop of oil in the little plastic container. I waited an hour for my truffle pizza which was fine.
Watched the employees arguing amongst each other for the first hour we were seated. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the service or food. For something with Jean-George’s name on it, one would expect more.

This is my second visit to the Paris Cafe. My first visit was outstanding so I thought it was fitting to bring my husband for his first experience here to kick off a birthday vacation.
There was a 20min wait over reservation time-no biggie, we’re patient. We’re seated and wait another 30min for a waiter to come by with water and take our order. 20min later apps come out and my salad is just lettuce and croutons, zero dressing. An hour later our entrees are due to come out and that’s when we’re told my entree is sold out. I’m ok with off nights but this was different. I had to ask for silverware - I was a party of two and my husband and I had to share a napkin and utensils bc they only brought out one set. Also this is after I made a reservation for a seat at Connie and the bar was closed with zero notice. Cool cool cool.

Really neat restaurant in the historic hotel. Marco Polo took really good care of me each day I was there for breakfast. Coffee is good and strong!

Breakfast was good. In general, the restaurant is expensive (> 6$ for a glass of Coke). For lunch, the hotel website says that it opens at 11am. When you are there, you get told that no lunch is available until 11:30. The website should be updated accordingly. In addition it is a bit drafty.

Midcore food and poor service. There weren’t many customers, but the food came out slowly. I waited half an hour just for the meatballs. The server had a terrible attitude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my allergies. Unprofessional.
