Worst airlines
If you think checking your bag ahead will save you time, not with American Airline. You will be waiting longer than the people that didn’t. You will also have to carry your bag onto the loading ramp, while the people that didn’t check in ahead do not. There is more staff assigned as you can see in the video where American Airline can more money out of you

A very nice lounge that is relatively modern compared to some of the BA offerings in the US. Staff are also more pleasant than in Heathrow. Was able to get decent food before the last sleeper flight back to Heathrow.

Restaurantji Recommends
While flying through JFK to get to Madrid, we utilized Terminal 8. It’s loaded with American Airline flights and lounges as well. There are the Business series lounges, like Soho, and the Flagship lounge too. There’s plenty of space in between terminals to accompany the much larger, wide-body international flights.
Overall, it’s a decent layout and it serves an AAmazing AAirline too!

Apart from BA Heathrow T5 lounges, the most visited lounge for us. Nice place to relax before catching the flight back home, lovely views

The BA/American Airlines Lounge in Terminal 8 at JFK offers a spacious and comfortable setting with good seating options, decent food and drink selection, and attentive service. While it’s convenient for premium travellers, peak times can get crowded and buffet variety is somewhat limited.
