Good upscale lounge. I prefer, for example, the Miami Flagship lounge.

I have severe allergies. American Airlines messed up my reservation, and reissued it without my dietary menu request. They admitted to this error - but said nothing they can do. I asked for any sort of container to carry out some carrot sticks and a few pieces of cheese otherwise I would have nothing to eat on a transcontinental flight JFK - LHR. Manager Henry was rude, unsympathetic and lacking compassion. Banned me from taking 6 carrot sticks out of the lounge. What an embarrassment to American Airlines and Oneworld. As an executive platinum frequent flyer, I’m disgusted.

The variety of food choices is not the best. But the lounge atmosphere is good and drinks are good too.

These people have a terrible attitude, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor… they don’t have people skills, and don’t understand part of their deal with frustrated customer. They decided to skip me and go to the next person in the line just because they only serve smiley faces.

Quiet lounge with comfy sofa restaurant-style setting, comes with a separate bar, and a separate room to take nap. Both buffet style food and order from a menu available.

Easy to find and not too busy. Food average decent selection of wines and spirits, limited popular beers. Coffee and tea machines were ok. Nicer lounge than in Heathrow and much cleaner. Could make WiFi password more easily available. Staff at reception desks pleasant.

This is for the Greenwich lounge at JFK T8. This is a large lounge with lots of seating areas for business class ticket holders or appropriate loyalty card holders. Very comfortable and relaxed with a good drinks selection and food offering.

Far too many people and quite noisy. Rather difficult if traveling alone to secure a seat and keep your eyes on your bags whilst getting food and something to drink . But still better than being in the open area in the terminal.

Very solid and spacious Lounge. Food selection was decent in the evening - even around 10pm a broad variety of food was available.Big big plus have been the showers in the lounge. A lot of space and very clean. This was perfect after a long day and before a long haul flight. The star reduction is due to some staff being below average friendly and limited helpful. Please note the overall staff was excellent and nothing complain about - just 2-3 people provided the feeling to not bother them while being e.g. on their smartphone.

As far as lounges in this part of the world go, it's solid. The expansion looks nice and there is a ton of room now. WiFi password:
