Usually very convenient location, good service, BUT...

Recently, getting coffee on my morning commute is hard at this location. I just paid $4 for a black coffee (just coffee in a cup) and never got it. I waited 8 minutes, I can't miss my train to work.

They would be better off not training employees during rush hours. The woman you put in charge of drinks was 3 drinks behind when another rush of 4 orders came and none of her co-workers helped her. One of them was playing with cups and the other was pretending to take out garbage, both men. That's bad team chemistry. You need to fix that.

$4 wasted. You lost a customer for a very very long time.

I wasn’t aware of this but apparently in Canada they call two pieces of soggy ass un-toasted white bread around some cheese a panini

I understand you probably wouldn’t be super enthusiastic to serve Tim Bits and Donuts to tourists and people who just paid over 8 dollars for the AirTrain, but service was really bleak. The bagel is also not the first bagel you should see when you get to NYC! Bagel is tolerable at best.

Sadly it’s within a big area with a lot of rushing people , no seating but if it wasn’t it would have been a great Tims ! They are always very kind and friendly & quick . I haven’t had a issue with any coffee or food I’ve ordered & I’ve been coming here for 2 years.
