Horrible customer services. Staff all having fun and taking their precious time chatting and working making customers missing transit. Ordered food. Waited over 10 minutes and got nothing. Had to leave and get my train just in time with no food I paid for. Not worth it. Horrible experience. 5 staff 2 customers and cant prepare fast enough time. WILL NEVER BUY FRON THEM AGAIN!!!!

I have loved Tim Hortons ever since my first cup in Toronto! I had some time to kill waiting for the train and was delighted to see they had a kiosk at the LIRR stop! They just launched their fall pumpkin donut and latte and they were amazzzzzinnnnngggg. Staff was super friendly and served the meal with a smile Shadeek and Adiba were awesome!
Glad to have a tasty sausage wrap & great cappuccino at JFK as I was quite hungry and had limited options as to where to go.
I’d do it again☺️
