I am so upset with their service. I ordered two small hot latte in the counter. She asked me ' do you want coffee? how ridiculous 🤣
When i mentioned two small coffee, was it necessary to ask that question ? she could repeat that your order is two small hot latte.
It happened 3/4 times with me in the same store as well as same team.
It seems like that they only knowledgeable no one else. 😅
Basically, you have to fight with them to get your desire coffee. They have understanding problem of the pronunciation of Latte 🤪
Most importantly , i truly love Tim Hortons but every time they hurt me with their words, behavior and worst service ever. They never respect customers whether customers should be treated with respect , and grrat service. They made my day (evening) worst ever!
Trust me, they are killing the business as well as the brand reputation.

First time coming here and surprised we have a Tim Hortons in Jamaica, Queens (not by the Airtrain). Its located next to the Mobil which is walking distance from the F train and nearby buses. Its not that big but they have a great selection of donuts and their Timbits. Will visit here again.

Their coffee is one of my favorite, that’s why I keep going back but this is just crazy because they MUST make their customer service better. I ordered 1 iced latte, 1 toasted bagel with cream cheese & 2 hash browns at exactly 9:05am in the morning. I got my coffee within just few minutes of ordering, however my food did not come until 9:32am. I had to keep asking the person at the front about my food and every time they kept saying it’s coming in 2 min. It’s not her fault but whoever is working at the back, needs to do better. By the time I got the bagel, it was cold so makes me wonder whether the bagel was made before and they just did not give me the food. I was 35 min late to work because of this reason which is not acceptable. I understand it can be late if there’s a lot of people and the store is busy, the store wasn’t busy and it doesn’t take 30 min for a bagel!

The workers at this store are completely incompetent and Are not able to read order adjustments that are paid for. I ordered uber eats and they completely messed UP my order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they for got to add the sausage that I PAID extra for. They also messed up my drink and added whip cream when I selected for it not to be added. I WASTED MY MONEY. These people do not care about getting your order done correctly. Do not order from this store! I placed my order around 9ish on 10.20.24.
