I came to get my food, I was heavy on my food and I asked them to get me two drinks from another bag and they said we can't give it to me and they didn't treat me well, he was a small man.

I’m telling you. I had ordered Uber eats for the place I work at. Their first time having doubles. I spend $187.00 in food and it was so disappointing. I said maybe it’s because I ordered uber eats. I came here today and made sure I told them how I want the doubles made and the guy who rang me up gave me $0.07 short. What is wrong with these establishments thinking they can just rob us like that. Trini Delite did the same thing to me yesterday. I don’t understand why they cannot give me the right amount. You think I can go in there with that amount of money short and they give me my food. Wow

We had a great experience at this spot. The food was authentic Trinidadian and Caribbean comfort at its best. From morning till night, they’re serving up delicious, flavorful dishes that really hit the spot. We tried a mix of classic eats, and everything was packed with taste – you can tell it's made with care. The place itself is small and simple, but that just adds to the charm. It’s no-frills but totally satisfying.

So i visited trinciti this past weekend and I was not impressed with the food too much, the roti was still perfect and melts in your mouth, but the doubles wasn't too good, it left a weird after taste in my mouth, it seems like the channa maybe had too much baking powder or baking soda in it! And I bought aloo pie as well and let them put channa in it and it had the same taste, so im really disappointed because I traveled so far to get they food, and the curry wasn't up to par either, it was grainy, so ill just be sticking to the roti skin and that's nothing else!

Overall their food is very consistent. Only 2 small criticisms. You need to put more potatoes in the orders. There's been times also I have requested extra potatoes paid for it and received the same small amount. I never complained to DOORDASH either and when the customer orders pumkin put it in a separate container because it becomes mixed in with the curry when it's all in one container. For the money we're paying for this meal especially when it's delivered you can make improvements.

What it is going on here these days? No cucumber on the doubles? MADNESS!!!!!!! And the tamarind sauce has more sugar than tamarind itself. The pepper sauce is also trash now. They fell off badly.

You have to do better! I came there today. Waited on the line to pay for over $50 worth of doubles. I was the next one to be served and someone who should’ve just stayed in the kitchen had the audacity to say wasn’t next. I clearly was on the line. The fact that people lock service and the manners to know how to properly handle customers is a problem. If you’re in the kitchen, putting the food together stay there. Those members of staff are not trained to handle people properly. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth and I would just warn anyone if you go there don’t expect to have good service. Be ready to be treated terribly, especially an environment that is sexist and that allows men to cut in front of women even though a woman was waiting online beforehand. Unacceptable unacceptable. Unacceptable!
