We had a great experience at this spot. The food was authentic Trinidadian and Caribbean comfort at its best. From morning till night, they’re serving up delicious, flavorful dishes that really hit the spot. We tried a mix of classic eats, and everything was packed with taste – you can tell it's made with care. The place itself is small and simple, but that just adds to the charm. It’s no-frills but totally satisfying.

So i visited trinciti this past weekend and I was not impressed with the food too much, the roti was still perfect and melts in your mouth, but the doubles wasn't too good, it left a weird after taste in my mouth, it seems like the channa maybe had too much baking powder or baking soda in it! And I bought aloo pie as well and let them put channa in it and it had the same taste, so im really disappointed because I traveled so far to get they food,...

So my daughter went and got me a shark and fry bake. I did not enjoy it at all she loved it, however. I guess I am old-fashioned and just preferred shark, pepper, and bake without the fruits and salad items in it.
