Went to a Concert nearby last night and was hungry for real authentic food no fast food. This place was it. The fried chicken rice and peas with the oxtail gravy. Geesh it was hittin. Just finish the medium portion tonight. Give this a 5 star already. Soon reach back when im in Queens. ???
I had to write a review very quickly because the food was amazing, fresh and authentic. I wish I took pictures but I was so hungry and after one bite it was literally gone. The price, quantity and quality are really good. Definitely going to be trying different things from here.
I work for the city, so me and co workers frequently visit this place for lunch. Honestly it’s a hit and miss. The prices are pretty decent (be aware they do charge a fee if using a card), most of the food is flavorful especially the rice & peas is nice, jerk pork is decent and the jerk chicken could be BETTER it definitely doesn’t give that jerk kick and sometimes both are room temperature.
