Turkish Airlines Lounge
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Turkish Airlines Lounge. The service was [terrible], the food was [inedible], and the overall atmosphere was [unpleasant]. I expected much more from a reputable airline like Turkish Airlines. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.
The Turkish Airlines lounge at JFK Terminal 1 was a disappointment. The facilities were outdated, and the service was lacking.

The food is good, but limited and there is no alcohol. It's small but comfortable. But the service is extraordinary. I twisted my ankle on the way to the airport and as I limped to the bathroom in the lounge, an employee (Abimael) noticed me and asked if I wanted ice. He brought me a bag and I was able to ice my ankle while we waited to board. A wonderful act of kindness that I'm so grateful for.

Business class lounge with perhaps the worst food selection I have ever seen!! Plain rice, steamed vegetables and strips of chicken!! The salads were ok and thats all I had. No pita with hummus! Did not see any alcohol.

Items aren’t replenished fast enough with demand. No coffee cups, out of hot tea and the soda machine is out of order. No alcoholic beverages here. Only plastic forks! Need additional staff and help!

Nice decor in the lounge but the food spread is severely lacking and basic. The lounge is also very very crowded. There are better priority pass options in this terminal with better food, better atmosphere and more spacious.

Very comfortable, clean lounge. The food is delicious and varied ??
The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The lounge is clean and tidy. There was enough space and the seats are comfortable. The staff is always clearing and cleaning. Unfortunately, the selection of food and drinks is not that large.

The front desk guy didn’t let me in with neither priority pass nor Amex platinum by saying that it all reserved for business class passengers. Even though there’re plenty of seats available.
If you have a THY 06:55 flight and are coming to JFK at night, this is the only place open. If you don't want to enter here, eat outside and enter JFK.
