While a lay-over for my wife between planes! She had to buy a wrap at airport prices because TSA took her two Diabetic friendly homemade sandwiches away ! Pure undiluted Horse-manure in the name of safety? She doesn't like NYC much anyway now even less?

I ordered a chicken wrap and was asked if I wanted it warmed up. I thought this would be a good decision but I was wrong. It was very soggy. There were too many red peppers and not the wrap didn't have enough onions in it. The only reason I am giving it a 2 star rating rather than a one is because the coffee was decent.

Kill some time at Terminal 1 and grab some drinks pre-security. You can easily pay as you go and step out for smoke breaks before you have to go through.

Ciao e arrivederci! For one sandwich is an utter shocking overprice at $8.50 without a drink or any side dish... AIJA! How far does one go to dope the hungry and weary passengers in this defunct ailing economy? Immediately I put the stupid sandwich back in its rightful place and dare not to touch anything else!!! Customer service was nonexistent as the cashier was standing there without life in her eyes or facial expression. Tuscany Café sits behind check-in counters at Terminal 1, John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) on the main level.

Excellent menu here, recommend the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap, excellent service and a personal favorite restaurant which you can also find in New York City located at 239 Central Avenue, White Plains. The Tuscany cafe is a warm and cozy atmosphere and comes with free wifi, great to relax on your laptop whilst waiting for your flight.
