My son and I had take out from this particular Wendy’s.. I ordered the spicy chicken combo, brought food home, took a bite of the sandwich and why did I bite into undercooked chicken!!!! Are u serious?!!! UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN!! This is dangerous!!! You know that weird texture when chicken is not cooked thoroughly? Yes that! Had to throw it away, I would’ve taken it back but we don’t live that close to it. Never going here again!

Their service is okay. However, I am truly fed up with whoever is in charge of packing items for DoorDash. The people from this Wendy's have, without fail, every time sent me the wrong item. I ordered an orange Fanta soda, and they had the audacity to send orange juice. May I add they always send the wrong sauce, too? They need to step it up!

There’s not a time I went there and got what I ordered if they don’t forget to take something out of the sandwich that I didn’t want they forget to add something that I wanted by a biggie bag and they forget your nuggets and give you fries a drink and Sandwich order a chili ask for extra onions, cheese, sour cream, and crackers only got crackers. And I’ve been going there for 15 years since I was in high school and I’m 30 now and it’s been the same thing since then.
Bought 4 Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, they all came really cold with non- toasted buns. Asked for large drinks, I got small ones with no explanation. Ordered a tea with milk and sugar, got a coffee instead. WHAT'S GOING ON?

For one the chicken nuggets were super hard like he took his time bringing them and 2 i ordered TWICE 2 different times from wendys the ice cream shake smh they sent NOTHING both times.... Do not get food from this Wendy's you'll get very cold hard food or dont receive a item from youre order

Worst thing ever , Ahmed is the supervisor and he cannot perform his duty. Look at the service and these customers along with myself waiting longer than 20mins for a Coffee. Insanity. Dude needs to be unhired. And he yelled at our car telling us to park elsewhere without even asking us what we were waiting for . Rude af. Seriously Wendy’s do better. Screen your staff properly.
