I ordered food and after 30 mins waiting they said they won't give food because they haven't got any food order, I showed them my phone that I did order. They said call your bank we won't give you a refund or any food. She was so rude!

My friends, staff and I have been to this place years ago and the staff brought us the frostie and that it tasted wonderful and stayed in to enjoy it. The service was wonderful, and the food was good. The atmosphere was that there were people in there dining in.

Went there around 1 am, my order was under cook and sloppy. I ordered a chili cheese baked potato, it was under cook no chili and the cheese was watered down. Not was what I’m used to from Wendy’s and I regret not going somewhere else
