The fact that this place has ANY 4 star reviews is laughable and they must be paying some type of service for that. The staff is extremely rude, and I hate to say, STUPID. You would have to be mildly retarded to mess up the amount of orders that they do. The simplest of instructions confuses them and leads to orders being unfilled. Save your time, save your money, this place gives wendys a bad name.

This location is clean, always crowded. Not a bad thing but it seems to have bad staff. I used their machine to place my order and when they call my name they hand me my food without my drink. So im standing there waiting and the person who had given me my food had a nasty attitude when I said I didn't get my drink. When I did receive it she slammed in on the counter. I understand other customers being rude it can get you in a bad mood but if you can't read what your giving to the customer and have an attitude when asked for what was paid for. Maybe that employee should be evaluated. Wont go back.

Multiple screw ups. Have ordered several items and the bags still end missing parts of the order. The order is taped to the bag how can you miss items, are the bags not checked before handed off? Complete joke of service with whom ever is running that staff because they are making that brand look HORRIBLE. I wonder if a corporate order would look like this? Even the restaurant it self is just as bad if not worse. Out of order bathrooms, staff just standing around talking with a full line growing. Besides the fact that you have the self order machines and that crowd is waiting for there orders . Sticky tables due to not ordered or scheduled cleaning. I mean if they keep the restaurant like this what do their homes look like! Or none the less has this restaurant been sued for food poisoning. Reports to DOH ?

If you order from this place from Uber eats, DD, GH, or whatever you use, save your money and time. Every time I order from this Wendy’s, they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Either the bags are missing items, or in my most recent purchase, the whole order is missing. Not long before, they sent me someone else’s order. It’s so frustrating to be hungry, want to order in, and either get the wrong order or an order with missing items. I can’t count how many times I’ve had to be refunded by Uber eats because this place is slacking. I’m done with them. Don’t count too strongly on it if you go in to eat as well.. this place is not the same Wendy’s I’ve known from years ago. Either competently train your staff or get new staff altogether, who actually double check that an order is complete and correct. Then they wonder why when we order, we always check our bags before leaving. Get it together!!

Wendy's is still my favorite taste food. I usually order drive thru but decided to dine in. This location can use a little TLC to make it better.
