So, this morning will be the absolute last time I spend my money at this restaurant. The over night drive thru cashier is absolutely rude ,extremely disgusting and disrespectful. This morning I purchased fish nibblers that I didnt open until I got home. They were charred / burnt. I returned to the restaurant to have this person burn them again and offered an attitude.This is the 2nd time I had horrible service with her....Horrible service!!!!!

This is the 2nd White Castle location I visited during my stay in New York. Building was nice but there were undesirables hanging just outside of one of the two entrance doors. There were more undesirables inside at a table where they appeared to be selling something from the first table to the left when you walk in. They were talking loud and cursing at just after 8 a.m.
I walked in with another customer and we both stood for a couple of minutes deciding on what to order. Nobody was at the counter that whole time. After a couple of more minutes the other customer and I were wondering if anyone was working. Then we notice a lady sitting in the back in her phone. She looks up and sees us looking at her, then comes to the counter. She was nice. I’m sure she was over the foolishness that goes in the that lobby area. A homeless looking man comes in and asked her for a cup of water (obviously not the first time because he said last time) while I was ordering.
I was impressed at how fast they prepared 20 burgers for me and 20 burgers for the other customer that early in the morning. While I waited for my food listening to the undesirables loud, vulgar conversation inside the store, a drug addict with a stench entered the other door with a empty bottle and helped himself to free drinks from the drink dispenser in the lobby. Obviously these people are regulars.
I heard the undesirables at the table say “here she comes” before getting up and opening the door for a female drug addict in a wheelchair to come in. The lady in the wheelchair rolls up to the counter and puts a five dollar bill on the counter and asks for a coffee with 2 creams and 3 sugars. At this time my food was ready.
Out in the strong urine scented parking lot I witnessed a drug transaction. The food was good, the service was decent, but the atmosphere was terrible which is not the fault of White Castle, it’s just the area. This location wouldn’t be my first choice.

I wish White Castle would have Shrimp Nibblers all the time! Especially from this one... I'm not sure what they do here but their shrimp nibbles at Hillside and 175th in Queens N. Y. are the best!

This was the worse experience I had at a white castle restaurant! I ordered a 10 sliders package and 4 cheese sliders. . I didn't get that.They were all burgers yet you charged me for cheese sliders I pointed out that the box looks like sliders she said they were the cheese sliders they was no cheeseon those sliders! . The burgers were SALTY! I guess they replaced the onions with Salt! I will not go back to the location at 175th and Hillside in Jamaica New York again. I have visited this location previously when I visit NY and didn't have any issues but not this time, How disappointing.

I love White Castle sliders but this location has the laziest workers of any fast food place I have ever seen. In the drive through it sometimes takes up to 10 minutes for them to take your order. They say hold on a minute then don't answer until a long time after. Must be a long line ahead of me, I am thinking. After finally taking the order they tell me to drive around. And there is not a single vehicle besides me! Then a long wait at the pickup window again. This happens all the time.

They don't open the bathroom for customers. We bought breakfast there and it was uncomfortably crowded. They are allowed to let drug dealers stand in their priority parking area.
Parking: Parking entrance is surrounded by drug dealers and Junkies.
