Yesterday I went to two white castles one on hillside Ave and 175 st the get horrible review they gave me a dried out 20 cheeseburgers the burgers they gave me wet left on the grill so long they were dried out andl i travel so far to get them out would have cost me more to return them dope being sold right in front so be careful very careful going on and out...... NOT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE WITHOUT MY WHITE CASTLE CAUSE I KNOW THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER ONE BUT IT WAS 4 MILES AWAY FROM THE HILLSIDE ONE... THE ONE ON SPRINGFIELD BLVD ...BUT WHY NOT SO I TOOK A CHANCE AND OH WHAT A PLEASURE WOW IT WAS SO CLEAN IN THERE THE PEOPLE WERE SO FRIENDLY.I FELT LIKE I WANTED TO GET MY FOOD FROM HERE NOBODY HANGING OUT IN THE FRONT NODDING OR ASKING FOR MONEY COULD NOT WAIT TO TRY THE FOOD... We go in they ask how I got in walk in door it was open they tell one girl to go to register and she doesn’t know how to key in register calls medium height white woman she proceed to treat us with attitude and tells girl don’t take order. Says don’t know how you walk in I show my empty hands no keys door open. Terrible customer service I guess when I said 30 cheeseburgers they did not want to serve us. 175th st and hillside Avenue queens

Employees are really rude, I asked them if the chicken rings are boneless, they ask, “What kind of question is that?” And then, a customer needs help with the card and stuff. I try to help, employee yells really loud. Can’t even hear correctly. This is the first and last time I come here unless there is a change.
