Customer service was horrible period. Asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one there. I should've checked for Google reviews before going. I tried to plead with the service person for help and it was pointless. I was told to take my issues up online due a refund on items I didn't receive. First and last visit for me. And dirty.

The restaurant was so dirty, the counter to pay, the drink machine, the ice machine, even where the ice tea sit, the doors to get in, the floors, even the staff looked over worked and unhappy but I must say the food was good after we pray š over it. The restaurants that be the dirtiest food tastes the best šš š¤£š

It say the store open at 1030 been sitting outside the door say 11 I order online at 11 still the door still lock finally I go knock on door Spanish guy answered refused to let me in itās cold out and I already order so for 10 mins I got my foot in door because he would not let me in saying he speaks no Englishā¦. After a after another 5 mins so guy comes to door saying something about someone calling out last min and they will know let me in and make my food this was the worse experience ever and never will go there again

Raw chickenā¦ did fry them hard. I also order Cajun fries they gave me regular fries with hot sauce and mayo. Got Fanta instead of spriteā¦ ridiculous

None of the workers wear gloves.They jump from the register, touching money & straight to preparing food. I've watched the workers give uber drivers with dirty work gloves on cups to fill the drinks & touch the lids to be delivered. The workers should fill the drinks up & seal them. It's disgusting. This store should be given violations. People should be able to trust that there food is being prepared safely.

Today was my first time eating wingstop. I really would like to see this restaurant stay around but their are a few things the Regional manager should address. First thing is make your corn bites from scratch it is a great concept but the batch is had seemed reheated or under a hot lamp. The second is packaging, why are we not putting the items in your branding trays?

Wingstop keeps sending me the WRONG food items on my Uber Eats orders. How hard is it to get an order right? Iām wasting my money and time dealing with this over and over. This place seriously needs to get its act together.
Ordered chicken sandwiches and received chicken tenders. I called to let them know and no answer! Extremely disappointed!

The kids that work here are very dismissive, food took forever and they were giving free food to their friends. I have no concern with what people choose to do. What I have a problem with is that they donāt do right by paying customers. The soda machine was out and they honestly didnāt care. I almost asked for a manager but judging by everyone that was on staff I donāt requesting a responsible adult would have been futile. It sucks cause this is the wing stop in my neighborhood and if a buisness doesnāt care about their closest supporters then what? I wonāt be coming back and the couple of people I was with wonāt be either. It is a shame.

Wow. I have tried bad chicken but this is seriously another level of bad. Owners of WingStop, can you not understand what you are doing wrong? Chicken is tough and chewy, crust is non existent, just saggy mushy shell. Man, even KFC and Popeyes is better. Save your money and get something else, there are so many good chicken places in Queens.
