This local Chinese restaurant is the WORSE! Last summer 2023 the entire restaurant repped of a fowl smell, seriously unbearable. I refused to accept my pick up order that day after encountering those conditions. I just thought… maybe the garbage just wasn’t taken out but I didn’t want to chance it because the smell was potent. This restaurant called me harassing me trying to force me to come back, pick up and pay for the order. I tried to politely remind them that I am a long term customer and I didn’t feel comfortable with what they were asking of me. But I was also still trying to assure them that I’d be willing to support them and buy food once the smell cleans up. After that conversation my number was flagged and banned i have only been able to order delivery or pick up items from my boyfriends phone number. After a year of being discriminated against I’ve decided I will NEVER be supporting such an unprofessional business again!

Good afternoon, All.The Xinbao restaurant buffet order to go is located inside the Hard Rock Hotel. On the second level, the variety of selection of food choices to choose from. The staff at this establishment are helpful in many ways as well as too. Directions to other places that are up to par and the environment are very good as well as safe

Does people keeps messing with the order you order something plain and they added rice very bad and they do not refund you or take their food back I was very disappointed because that was not what I ordered

Xin Bao is my local Chinese takeout spot & I order nearly every day for lunch.The veggies have great variety and are never overcooked, the "House" brown sauce isn't too salty, & the protein always tastes great!My 2 favorites are the shrimp with broccoli & the beef with mixed veggies (they also offer "Chinese veggies" as an option, always clarify which one you want). Sometimes I order my special: beef with onions and mushrooms (not on the menu).Xin Bao is reasonably priced, though they have a slightly more expensive dinner menu.I always get the hot mustard & "duck sauce"and egg roll with my meal.Politeness goes a long way, treating the people at the window respectfully & politely has never caused any issues for me with their customer service or willingness to make changes to the food I order.Food 4.5/5Service 4/5Ease of ordering 5/5Menu options 4.7/5**I recommend calling your order in first & having them confirm it.
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies served whenever you ask for "mixed" veggies option. House brown sauce is gingery and delicious.
Parking: Around the corner on 140th ST. Mainly used by the nail salon guests.

This resturant is awesome for delivery. It's always a pleasure to receive a hot meal delivery. I love wonton soup which sometimes isn't really fresh. The sweet tea never disappoints.

I waited very long to find they prepared dinner version instead, so questioned the girl.I didn't care, having already paying the dinner price, but instead of just giving me a tea that was included in the lunch menu, they took the food back to the kitchen, dumped one of the 3 patties and white rice to add fried rice.After waiting to discover the above results, I demanded back and got the difference in price. They lost money over tea. Business stupid, because they also lost a customer.
