Ordered spare ribs fried rice .. they delivered the food with no duck sauce or soy sauce for the rice .. their response is “next time you order we will put in the bag” I NEVER ORDERED FROM A CHINESE restaurant and they don’t give you sauce for your rice this place is horrible and the rib tips was not fully cooked smh horrible

This local Chinese restaurant is the WORSE! Last summer 2023 the entire restaurant repped of a fowl smell, seriously unbearable. I refused to accept my pick up order that day after encountering those conditions. I just thought… maybe the garbage just wasn’t taken out but I didn’t want to chance it because the smell was potent. This restaurant called me harassing me trying to force me to come back, pick up and pay for the order. I tried to politely remind them that I am a long term customer and I didn’t feel comfortable with what they were asking of me. But I was also still trying to assure them that I’d be willing to support them and buy food once the smell cleans up. After that conversation my number was flagged and banned i have only been able to order delivery or pick up items from my boyfriends phone number. After a year of being discriminated against I’ve decided I will NEVER be supporting such an unprofessional business again!

The staff at this establishment are helpful in many ways as well as too. Directions to other places that are up to par and the environment are very good as well as safe
