Xin Bao is my local Chinese takeout spot & I order nearly every day for lunch.The veggies have great variety and are never overcooked, the "House" brown sauce isn't too salty, & the protein always tastes great!My 2 favorites are the shrimp with broccoli & the beef with mixed veggies (they also offer "Chinese veggies" as an option, always clarify which one you want). Sometimes I order my special: beef with onions and mushrooms (not on the menu).Xin Bao is reasonably priced, though they have a slightly more expensive dinner menu.I always get the hot mustard & "duck sauce"and egg roll with my meal.Politeness goes a long way, treating the people at the window respectfully & politely has never caused any issues for me with their customer service or willingness to make changes to the food I order.Food 4.5/5Service 4/5Ease of ordering 5/5Menu options 4.7/5**I recommend calling your order in first & having them confirm it.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies served whenever you ask for "mixed" veggies option. This resturant is awesome for delivery. It's always a pleasure to receive a hot meal delivery. I love wonton soup which sometimes isn't really fresh. The sweet tea never disappoints.

I actually liked this restaurant up until tonight. Last time I ordered they forgot my soda , the delivery guy came & legit told me they forgot to put the soda in the bag he didn't offer to get it or nothing. I didn't make a big deal out of it so fast forward I ordered again & I told the lady who was taking my order that they forgot my soda & please make sure it's in the bag she tells me how much it is & i say okay. The same delivery guy now comes again & guess what there's no soda in the bag & he has a NASTY attitude this time. I was just so confused he then tells me a different price from what the lady told me on the phone & refuses to give me the soda I ordered. Still I was confused because I didn't understand what the animosity was about. He then proceeds to refuse me the soda & leaves. I now call them again nobody seems to care they said they're gonna bring the soda , come to find out it was a miscommunication on their part where the lady told him false information & they took about an hour to deliver the soda when it wasn't even my fault that this miscommunication happened. if this is how they treat their customers I don't want ANYTHING to do with them. The delivery guy was EXTREMELY disrespectful & out of line.

Really good food. Sesame chicken in here is so crispy and good definitely recommended. Be aware that lots of people come to this place because it is that good. So be patient.
